Trying to order and employees hat a radio on so laud that they could not hear me also they were dancing and there was someone else In there with sandals shorts and a tank top they got al the order wrong they also were very rude when we told them about are order they just looked at us and laughed and keeped on dancing and having fun. I work in restaurantes and i know about how a customer should be threaded not very good customer service
Drive thru order
We came thru for lunch couldn't here microphone good worker was rude yelled I said I'll be with you in a moment we ordered and got wrong order chilli cheese and onion to combos and a twisted strawberry cup. We got chilli dogs with ketchup no fries and half a cup of strawberry ice cream they were not getting along in store so I figured manager was not helping very busy my email [protected]@my. sullivan. edu

Customer Service
I was in checkers on 87th & Stony Island ready to order and was not able to because the employees were too busy ignoring the customers inside the restaurant. They were more interested in servicing the customers in the drive thru than the customers inside the restaurant. There should be more employees taking care of the customers inside and outside. Not just outside. I won't be back there.

My Order was incorrect
I did not receive a receipt so I don't think you will do anything about this. I ordered a #1 medium and a #6 medium tomato and onion only both with a coke total $17.13. Date September 8, 2021at around 9:00 pm. We went to the Checkers on Harper Ave. Saint Clair Shores MI because there was a long line at the Burger King next door. The # 6 had everything on it and the #1 was cold. Worst fast food ever!

I ordered the 2 for 6 double checker burger with cheese, upgraded it too a meal and a #6 medium . And what did I get 5 single checker burgers with 3 fries and 3 drinks. Please hire more qualified people to work in your place of business. I was so upset by the fact that I took time too go over my order and they still got it wrong and charged me for my order. This is why I don't like too eat here I never get the right order.

Unacceptable service
I realize the pandemic has teamed havoc on EVERYTHING, but if it's used as a first comeback to excuse unacceptable service, I believe that leads to destruction. That said, I hope "the top" takes my complaint seriously and makes it a priority in this chain to make improvements and therefore enhancing your bottom line.
First, I love Rally's! In my opinion, your food and prices are great. The coupons brought me to try Rally's and the taste kept me coming back! However, over the past year, I've seen troubling issues with every Rally's I've been to. Have you changed your management structure, training procedures, etc.? Seeing this new approach makes me want to come to one of your corporate planning meetings and give you "layman"- yet intelligent input to bring Rally's BACK! I guarantee it would be the best investment you have ever made to have me!
Our local Rally's in Leitchfield, Kentucky has seen continued failures. (this you know) I've overlooked previous issues and not reported them to higher ups - but my two visits yesterday are over the top! First, as my coupons are about to expire - (here is a freebie for you corporate)- WHY have such short expiration dates-when you PAY for same or ver similar one's coming out the next month? Waste of money - AND customers would LOVE this - increasing customer base instantly! To take this concept further - accept ANY competitor's coupons! WOW! this move costs you ZERO!

I was charged $1.30 for a ticket that SHOULD of been $1.09. (6% state tax +3%local restaurant tax)-the employee NOR the manager even KNEW the local tax %!). I tried to educate them there at the drive thru - but both had NO CLUE - (I'm a retired educator of 33+ years - I know when I'm beating a dead horse-)! (Pun intended)! Lol. But seriously, this ISN'T funny. I paid the.21 extra as they kept saying that's what the register says-! I highly advise someone check on how their registers are set up BEFORE legal action is pursued if the wrong person sees this! Then later, I went back to use another coupon (why have only one coupon per visit - makes NO SENSE!). This time, I had researched to make sure of the 3% local restaurant tax and yes, I was correct. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches for $2.00. My ticket SHOULD of been $2.18. (6% state tax plus 3% restaurant tax)- I gave them a $5.00 bill and after having the manager to add my coupon and God only knows what else - after being told to pull up and they would bring my change - they brought me - guess what! $2.18! 🙄. By some unbelievable situation you are not following me - the correct change should of been $2.82! Believe me when I warn you that this store will FAIL if SOMETHING doesn't intervene immediately!

Food quality
I went to checkers in Kissimmee Florida on 8 /29/2021 I placed an order for Fry combo two All American cheese burgers and a hot dog . The fries was cold un cooked .One of All American burgers look to have a bite mark and the top hamburger bun . The second All American Burger had lettuce stuck into the bottom bun . I took the food back to recieved a replacement of the whole order . They replaced the food with a missing burger went back again and they give me the other burger both of the All American burgers were cold and uncooked. After the third time of getting bad food I just left the place

I was assaulted by your female employee.
My name is Mr. Mendez Sr, Today 8/29/2021 at 2:30pm my daughter and I went to the Checkers located on 232-50 West Lehigh Avenue to purchase food, we walked up to the building entrance but the door was locked. I peek threw the glass window and notice that there was an employee inside, so we walked to the drive through window and the young lady tried to open the window but didn't know how open it. She signal us to wait and we did, she walked to the back of the kitchen, after a few minutes she came back and opened the window. I told her that we wanted to order food but she said that she was a new employee and didn't know how to take the order. I asked her then how can I order food and she told us to walk to the drive through speaker and place the order, so we walked to the speaker and waited a few minutes but no one asked to for our order, so we walked back to the drive through window and told the new employee that no one was asking us to place our order, she then told us that the other employees were outside sitting on the dinning tables to go and ask them, so we walked around the Checkers building and saw two female employees sitting and chatting with each other. I asked them that I wanted to purchase food for my daughter and I, the employee with the headset said that they weren't taking walk up orders only drive through order, I asked her could she please take our order since there where no customer in the drive through, and she said no. So, I asked her aren't you on the clock getting paid to take order for the Checkers restaurant and she ignore me, I said your on the clock can you please take my order. She looked and said, I know you're mad but no I can't your order. I'm not mad, I'm disappointed, because we walked 10 blocks to come and eat here, and you won't take our food order. So I told her that I was going to call the district manager and file a complaint as I was walking past her to go to the Wendy's restaurant next to Checker's. Immediately she stoop up and started to wave her hands in my face, saying to do not walked up to her in that way. I told her to stop waving her hands in my face and then she forcefully smashed her hand into my face and then got into a fighting stance, and the other female employee stood up a got into a fighting stance ready to beat me up. I told her that I wasn't going to fight her but that was going to report the incident to Checker's, my daughter was standing next to me and she grabbed my hand and told me let's go. As we walked away the female employee then started to apologize to my daughter. I wanted to call the police and report her for assaulting me but my daughter who is 9 years old told me not too. But I have to let you know what happen at one of your stores, where one of your employees assault me.

Drive thru
Pulled in to the drive thru about 9:50. Seen that the line was long but decided to wait. After about 5 minutes moved forward 1 car. Another 5 minutes passed and I thought the car in from of me was gonna move forward but they didn't. Called my boyfriend to see if he still wanted them, he said yes so waited another 10 minutes. Got tired and let him know that I was gonna leave and we can find something else. Went to move out of line to go around, when I noticed a car was parked in front before pulling out into the street. Waited a while to see if they would move but they didn't. Had to get out of the car with my 6 month baby to go up to the window and ask who's car it is. An employee informed me it was the manager's car. I asked if she could move it he said she was working and wasn't able to. I asked if she could just take 5 mins to come and move it because the rest of the employees were just standing around doing nothing. He continued to say that she couldn't move her car because of the orders coming in and they she had to make the food. I informed his I didn't understand how she was the only one making the food and that I couldn't wait for her because more people were driving in and placing orders. He continued to say she wasn't going to move my car and didn't understand why I got in line in the first place if I was gonna wait to order. Informed him the I didn't think it was gonna be this long and that a pathway out she always be open if people are gonna change their minds about eating there anyways. Had to wait for about 40 minutes before my mom backed my car out of their drive thru and around the cars that were still coming in.
Desired outcome: Managers shouldn't be allowed to park in the only other path out of the drive thru if someone want to leave

Failure to give service
Checker on 2695 north west Miami street Miami street Florida failed to give service before closure. The business is supposed to close at 4:00 am and they failed to render service at 3:13 am. Poor customer service and false advertisement of closing time.
Classic mother cruncher
Went to Checkers in Tifton Ga. On August 25, 2021 traveled 20 miles round trip. Ordered 2 Classic Mother Crunches. Photos are attached to this complaint of how they looked. The breaded around the chicken which should have been fried and crispy was black and saggy and saggy the chicken inside have been sitting under the heat lamp for probably over 12 hours and it was so dry the dog couldn't even eat it the lettuce the lettuce the same setting under the heat lamp there's pictures and clothes of that too it's slimy the lettuce is wilted It's nasty the tomato isn't even right the bread has been saturated in liquid it it does not have not a bit of sauce if it did it's soaking to the bun.
I am very unhappy at this time with Checkers in Tifton Georgia and now beings traveled the 20 miles back home I am still hungry with $30.00 dollars of not fit to be eaten food sitting in front of me. Now to feed my children I have to travel 40 more miles round trip to feed my beloved children.

Incomplete order
Incomplete order- We ordered three combos, received two burgers and five fries.
Desired outcome: Oh you should fire the manager of the store and give me some free food.
Their hot dogs and the slow service dirty place
They keep serving marinara sauce on their hot dogs they are not making traditional meat sauce I've asked them several time if they where using meat sauce they try to play it off like it's traditional meat sauce like pictured on your menu I've sent the pics of what they give me compared to the menu the place is dirty the walls and everything

My whole order was messed up
I got 4 6 peice mozzarella sticks and they only gave me 4 instead of 6 the guy didn't have a name tag on and was not nice I go there a lot and now I might never go back
Unethical behavior
Waited in lane several minutes to place order only to be directed to another lane that when drove up one car in lane. There were no cars in the lane I was in. Then directed to another lane, now there are two cars ahead of me. I asked the clerk for her name she said it was Kevin. After arriving at the window, I then asked to speak with the manager. I was informed that she was busy in the back and the person I was speaking with was a supervisor. Again, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager's name is Kimberly, she came over to explain there was a truck in the lane. I explained that there were no trucks in either lane until I drove around, now there is a vehicle and truck ahead of me. At the least the clerk should have told me that the lane was closed. A car drove up in the lane behind me and the order was accepted. I felt disrespected. Then another car pulled up and was taken care of.
I explained to the manager my concern and the clerk used inappropriate language, stating she was grown. I explained I hope her vocabulary is more extensive.
Desired outcome: I would expect appropriate customer service and not foul language
Team members being rude
Thursday August 5, 2021 around 6 or 6:30 pm I pulled in to get a drink. I was asked how I was paying and upon telling them they stated for me to pull out of drive thru and come to window. Why would I come to window when I pulled into the drive thru this defeats the purpose me going to drive anyway I wanted to state the team member in drive thru was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never come to your store ever again. Thank you
Purchase on 8/8/2021
Since I moved to retire in Florida, in 2007, Checkers has been my go to for fast food. On an average I visit your drive thru at least once a week. Rarely will I go anywhere but here and when driving out of state, Checkers has been my welcome home gift. Quality/quantity, price, and service ruled every time.
Sunday, 8/8/2021, now was the FIRST and ONLY time I was let down with soggy fries, over cooked fish, and poor service.
Not a Happy Camper here.

Times of operation
So I get online to find out Riley's hours of operation they say they close at 3:00 a.m. I get down there at 2:30 a.m. and they're telling me they're closed this is the ongoing issue it's either they're only accepting cash they're only taking DoorDash or orders or they're closed and it's always happens around 1:30 2:00 a.m. on a daily basis you go down there to get something to eat cuz of the only place open and they want to talk about their clothes and we are and your website says they're not it's the Rally's on Vernon Odom boulevard in Akron Ohio
Desired outcome: For the location to actually be open during the times of the website says that they're open
Product and service is bad
I'm very pissed off with the way the manger at rally's on 5th Ave N Flint MI. Running the store he lazy sorry n disgusting to sell people old [censored] steal food. They play too much who want someone to be playing with in around food. They be high [censored] hell drunk, I think the whole staff need to be watch and fired, they some nasty duds. I know genuine n honest people would love a good job and be love to work and wouldn't mind making food fresh. If them people this there truly don't care about the job... They need to be fired I'm tired of it, something needs to be done or your business will go down the line. It's terrible, very terrible, I have never seen nothing like this. I have been staying n the area all my life. The new manger is gross, his worker gross, and the whole staff needs to go. I'm never going back there and Burton is real good
