JPMorgan Chase review: checks cashed

I have been trying to find out how two checks for considerable amout got cashed for deposit only and no one knows what account the money went to. When chase payment they should be responsible that the party the checks were made out to are the ones written on the face os the checks. Now no one knows where the money is over $ 200, 000.00 Please respond. Looks like a scam [protected]@aol.com
