Hi. Myself and my sister have been dealing with Shaquille from the Cell C Sandton branch. All he has done is mess me around right from the beginning and he blatantly lied to me more than once. His attitude is absolutely disgusting. He has been telling me from the 27th November that my Vodacom number has been ported to Cell C, which never happened but yet he kept telling me this. When I eventually had enough on the 4th December after trying multiple times to get hold of him was I only told then that it hasn't been done and it's been rejected (if I hadn't followed up he would not have informed me) I had to keep following up for him to actually do something and most of the time he didn't take my calls or reply to my messages, which I have. He then later that afternoon told that it was now processed and that porting will happen that evening between 7 and 11pm and that on the 5th of December he will do the final part required. Once again he then didn't take any of my calls or my messages. I then spoke to Cell C porting deposit which then informed me that he sent me the wrong sim card and that the port was to happen to a completely different sim card, the one he sent is not correct. When I eventually spoke to him he was very arrogant and had a terrible attitude and tells me that I can take this further if I want because he knows what he is doing, which clearly he doesn't. I then went to a Cell C store where they confirmed as well that he sent the wrong sim card after looking on their system. I then had to buy a new sim card and pay for them to port the number at a cost of R257 (which I expect to be reimbursed for as I should not have had to pay for this because he messed everything up) I have been inconvenienced once again. This is unacceptable and I won't let it go until something has been done about it and I will not stop or let it go. It's shocking how he feels he can mislead the public. I will not accept this one bit.

And Still nothing has been done.. I shouldn't be surprised but its absolutely disgusting and shocking.

I will continue posting everywhere I can as well as tell everyone how horrible your service is. I work with different people every day and I will make sure I spread the word

Ismail from Cell C Sandton resolved the issue smoothly, he was exceptionally helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for getting back to me and sorting it out, you were honestly great and I appreciate the time you took to help me.. Excellent service from you.

I have on many occassions writen to cell c and told that my problem will be solved within two days and nothing ever happened. am being taken for a ride here, . i settled and cancelled all my account with cell c but they still showing as active on credit bureau and affecting my credit rating negatively. will you kindly solve this terrable PROBLEM FOR ME.
