To whom this may concern

1. I am Mr. Bevan Efraim and I am residing in Paarl. A delivery was scheduled for me for at my address which was Lantana Court C3, Lantana Street, Paarl, 7646 dor 2024-04-19. My tracking number is FRB8695279, for you to peruse all records, as I do not have a name for the courier driver I'm complaining about as he refused to give me his name.

2. On the mentioned date at about 15:25 exactly I had received a call from CCD Couriers who had put me through the the courier who has my parcel. The phone conversation started without him greeting back at me just saying, 'Bevan wa is j' I asked him where are you because it had appeared to what he explained he was a bit lost. I asked him to explain tbe surroundings so I can better guide him to my house. I also told him that there is someone at home, as I was admitted to Paarl Mediclinic for health issure that arose in the week.

3. I then asked him to stop being arrogant and rude because I didn't not like the way he has thus spoken to me and he said that I must make up my mind and if I'm stupid enough to not know my address. I then told him that I will explain how to get to my house but however he said ' ek ganie n fok agter jou ry nie ek sal ma in bel en se hulle moet jou delivery rescudule' I then asked him why it's so difficuilt to allow me to give him the right directions because I explained to him, I stay in the flats and the locations is not always accurate because it's not a freestanding house. He then told me that he has other work and shouted at me and said that I am stupid and then hung up the phone in my ear.

4. I am honestly disgusted in the service I had received from your company and I would like this matter to be investigated and that member charged disciplinary for his unprofessional behaviour.

Desired outcome: I would like the courier to be tracked, and to be charged disciplinary, and notified of the outcome thereof.
