Cash Crusaders review: Phone tampered with

I pawned my phone at Cash Crusaders in Field Street on the 05 November 2019 as I got a new phone and it took me until the 18 November 2019 to be able to login to my Google account thus enabling me to use my apps again. Upon doing this I noticed that my account had been tampered with as an ad I had posted was no longer online.

I tried taking it up with the management of Cash Crusaders and they say they looked at the footage and found nothing wrong. When I asked them to show me the footage the manager said they cant as I took my own time coming there and they have already concluded their investigation. What would be the correct procedure to get closure on this issue?
