Carvana review: Zero stars for zero car!

Would not let me give negative or zero stars, but don't get caught in their chat hell - demand a phone call from someone (GOOD LUCK EVER getting it though...) They happily accept your paperwork, AND money & tell you on Sunday - the vehicle will be there Tuesday - you check a day later & that's turned into Wednesday - you check on Tuesday, & it's now Friday before your vehicle gets there - maybe... maybe not.,.. I'm not waiting for more chat-hell doubletalk & run around - already filed my BBB complaint & am cancelling the order (WILL I EVER see my money again? Your guess is as good as theirs!) Do your homework - walk to an actual dealership if necessary & kick your own damn tires - just kick Carvana to the curb as you do!
