Carrabba's Italian Grill review: Issue with confusion concerning gift cards

We took friends to dinner at Carrabba's in Hendersonville and our server was horrible. We didn't want to embarras our friends so we called to complain. This was last spring or summer. We received 8 $20.00 gift cards. We used $80 of them but there are only two of us. No one told us the cards were only good until December 2025. We tried to use them this spring and were rejected at the same location. Your gift card company wouldn't budge and has refused to replace them. I've been a Carraba's family restaurants for 20 years or more and feel completely decieved by your gift card group. I wanted to let you know. Please respond to this email. Expiration date? Come on. I should have requested a full refund but never expected Carrabbas wouldn't stand behind their product.
