Delivery/3rd Delivery Food was not edible due to over salting
My husband has cancer, So we have traveled between Daytona and Pensacola. We have ordered door dash 3 times. First was Daytona Veal Piccata was best I have had. Second was also Daytona although same order food was great, No utensils so I had to go the next morning and buy them to eat the dinner the next day. The third was today. Ordered from Pensacola, again same order I even put a note in to please not forget the utensils as we are in a hotel. Well no utensils again and when I went and bought some the food was so salty it was not edible. When salt burns your mouth that is a problem so I wasted my money on the food not to mention the dasher directions were incorrect and I was tracking order and had to call her to turn around.( Not sure where they get the directions) unacceptable. I will not order from Carrabba's again
Chattanooga Carrabba's
I wrote a few days ago about my family experience last Sunday at the Chattanooga Carrabba's. I mentioned the roll of paper towels sitting on the bathroom sink, even though the dispenser works. Same for ladies room, my wife says. Mentioned the roach on our table and the 45 minute wait for our food. Gave you complete information from our check and offered to send pictures. Our family goes to Carrabba's every other Sunday. Well, I received a call from a very unconcerned manager saying that he would talk to the staff about the paper towels. No response from corporate.
Desired outcome: Something other than the phone call I received from the unconcerned manager.
Rude service and missing food
Here is someone else's review I copied and pasted of the Port St Lucie Location:..."And they very rudely, with no apology told us that the server would have been too overwhelmed to handle us as we are 2 people not 1. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Have never been treated so poorly." This is exactly what I went thru, no apology either: We ordered pick-up and I gave a 20% tip (I paid at the location, but they took a long time getting the food prepared after I paid already. We were missing the shrimp scampi so we called the same day and was told by the girl that picked up the phone that they would comp the bill. Four days later, no credit. Called again and asked to speak to Manager. They put me on hold for several minutes then the same girl answers again as if she had no clue what I was calling for so I asked for the Manager again and finally she came to the phone. I requested the credit again and asked for my tip to be credited too. My fiancee was already upset that they didnt comp us immediately the day this happened so it was just frustrating for the both of us. We discussed this more after the call and I did get too upset but I had a rough day at my job and this did not make it easier. Plus, who wants to call a thousand times for the same issue? Not me. Of coarse I got upset.
Desired outcome: credit for the shrimp scampi plus the 20% tip I gave before noticing the missing food.
Restaurant
We ate at the belair rd location back in August and my husbands niece found a dead mouse under our tree table and the new manger told it was only one. I reported to health department, but no feed back. Absolutely disgusting! If this too short, this website is as much a problem as your restaurant. Make note, you are the problem and I will make all in my sphere know what a piece of scrap your business profile is!
Desired outcome: I want a result in the outcome of your lack of your cleanliness in your restaurant.
Restaurant smell
We visited Carrabba's in Greensboro, NC tonight, Thursday, September 15th, 2022. The restaurant smelled terrible - like a restroom. We spoke with the manager on duty who told us they were having a problem with the dishwasher being backed up and causing a sewer odor. He mentioned that he was having trouble getting corporate to approve the work order to have it repaired.
PLEASE get this store some help asap in resolving this issue. The cost of dinner is too much to have an issue like this. It ruins your dining experience.
Honestly, it would be better for the restaurant to temporarily close until the issue is resolved than to be open and turn off customers - in our opinion. The next time we visit the restaurant, if there is still an odor, we will turn around and leave. I'm sure many people won't give them a second chance.
We absolutely love eating at Carrabba's and hope this issue can be resolved quickly.

Pizza
Bring back the pizza! It was the best thing you had on your menu! Everything else is merely average, except for your fried mozzarella. It’s outstanding! Too many restaurants have used COVID as a bullcrap excuse to downsize menus and service. It’s time to start focusing on quality food and service again. The charade is over! It’s time to move on! We want our brick oven pizza!
Managment Leadership
7/29/22 visited 12990 S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Fl 33907 location managed by Christian Alvarado. I love this establishment and what it offers but in this particular location it lacked the following:
-Multiply servers/hostess huddled at hostess stand
-Waited up to 4 min. before initial table greet (standard time 30sec. to 1min.)
-Server failed to mention specials, happy hour, also had a server shadowing her and left alone at times while I observed.
-Had requested adding extra of an item on my main course meal in substitution for leaving off 2 items and server informed me that she could not add extra for a substitution of me 86ing other items off my order
-Trainee server dropped on our table 2 to go containers and a brown bag for us to prepare to take away. This is the most troubling of all, people come to Carrabba's not only for top notch service but excellent menu selections. This entire experience is ruined by having a server do nothing more that what would be expected at Denny's. To have customers prepare their own take aways is unexceptable. According to manager Christian he informed me that company due to COVID no longer was preparing dine in take aways. Not only is this absurd but ridiculous. Need I remind you that the differenct kitchen stations prepare food hands on before placing on plates, servers taking food with their bare hands off the expiditing window and putting it on their trays to deliver, to go orders being prepared for customers not choosing to dine in. If this is the policy that you are now implementing I need a reply so I can no longer visit and dine in your restaurants. I pay for service and quality and not substandard practices.

We had a lunch celebration for my 95 yr. Old mother theresa and service dog and server simone did a fantactic job of waiting on about 20 people. I called manager lester pior to set up reservations and he was so professional and helpful. There was 2 problems. #1 theresa fell out of her seat and hit the floor head first. She had some bleeding and a knot on her head. Samone got us some ice. Several people help her up. #2 when we got ready to leave i asked lester for some extra oil and seasoning. He told me he sells it for 4.99. I told him i just spent almost $423 and you want to charge me 4.99 so my mom can enjoy some extra bread and oil w/her left overs? he said yeah we sell it but i will see what i can do. He filled the oil up half way and gave me the seasoning. So i filled it up all the way. That ruin my experince when he said that. He asked me to fill out a review and i said i would so here it is. I was going to give 5 stars across the board but when he wanted to sell me the bread and oil for 4.99 when i paid about $423 for the meal and service i am goiing to give my overall expirince a 3 now. And we will never come back to carrabba's in macon again.

Order placed, never delivered and money not refunded
My daughter placed an order with Carrabba's in Turnersville, NJ online on 6.20.2022. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of the food not arriving, she called and was told that they now use Door Dash, and the food was never picked up so she could come get it or there was nothing they could do. My daughter requested a refund. She was told she had to dispute it with Door Dash. Carrabba's withdrew the money. Debit is posted from Carrabba's, not Door Dash. Everyone she spoke to over the phone was either rude or not helpful. I called at the end of the night once I arrived home and was displeased as well with the response. If the store uses Door Dash, then how can I apply for a refund if I am paying Carrabba's not Door Dash? On the next day, once the debit posted, I called and asked for a manager, but a server was less than helpful and rude. I then called two more times and a manager on duty named Brian was always in a meeting or couldn't come to the phone. I asked for his last name or email, and I was told that they had no last name and no email on hand. $76.16
Desired outcome: Please refund immediately.
Location
Our nearest Carrabba's is almost 30 minutes away to the north. Please consider adding a location 20 minutes south of downtown Dallas. This would be profitable as the only italian restaurant in the near vicinity.

Plastic found in my mouth and food
Hello, my son and I visited Carrabba's Italian Grill at 11450 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond VA 23235 on 4/16/2022. I order lasagna and my son order one pork chop with fettuccine. I was eating my lasagna and as I was chewing and swallowing it, I felt something hard in my mouth and I pull it out and it was plastic. I ask my waitress for the manager and told her what happen she ask me do I want them to redo my order. I said no then she left my tablet without doing an incident report. When my waitress came back to my table, I asked her can I speak to another manager? Then, Justin came to the table to apologies saying he was the manager. I told him everything that had happen and he said that they make their lasagna homemade and that they put plastic and foil over their lasagna before putting it in the oven. Justin said probably the plastic had melted into the lasagna. I asked Justin could he write an incident report he did. When he brought the incident report back to my table for me to sign. I had questions about the incident report it didn't have the company name and address on it. Justin wrote the company name and his name on it because I ask him to. Justin said the reason the incident report looks like that because he just went online and print out an incident report. I been waiting too here from corporate no response. I kept calling left a message. A lady called me back said this number was outback restaurant I asked her for Carrabba's corporate number she said she didn't know it and that she was going to try to reach out to someone to give me a call. Finally, Justin called me, and I told Justin that I'm disappointed that someone at Carrabba's corporate office didn't call to check up on me. Then Justin said Carrabba's don't turn in incident report to corporate office. I asked him for corporate number he said they don't have one. My name is Nancy Gilliam and phone number is [protected]. Beyond awful service!
Cortez Blvd Spring Hill Florida. Arrrived at 11:30 for lunch. First in bar area. Waitress served water and bread. A 14 person group were seated. They were waited on first with drink orders etc. We waited 35 minutes before asking host to bring a bottle of wine. 15 minutes later...nothing. Waitress completely ignored us! After 45 minutes she came over and we asked for manager. Manager...who appeared to be a cook made excuses about being busy. We explained that we had been there before any other guests and were only 2 people and the large party was being tended to. She took our order and said she would bring wine right away...another 15 minutes and nothing! After being there an hour we left! Never will return! Discrimination maybe?
Desired outcome: Deserve at the very least a heartfelt apology which manager should have offered instead of excuses!

Racist/ Bad attitude
I was eating at carrabas at 99th and mcdowell. It was sometime last week I can not remember what day it was to save the life of me. Our waitress name was Suzy. She was real busy and I can understand that but I needed a refill on drink and some more dressing for wifes salad. After returning with dressing 20 mins later wife did not want salad any longer. I went to find Suzy and I found her with back to me talking with another co worker and I CLEARLY heard her say That's why I hate serving N*****S. Disappointed to say the least. I left very very upset and im also friends with a local news anchor. I did not want to ruin the credibility of such a nice restaurants.
Desired outcome: Do not think that type of attitude belongs in the workplace especially after all the racism going on in the world today. Violence is not answer but getting rid of the tumor at a workplace is much better

Stereotyping from foh to boh! never expereince such unapologetic scenario in all the 44 years of my life! My first visit was the worst visit customer service on scale of 1 10 10 being the best 2 and thats because the server get 1 and the cook gets the other! I was told the last time I was in that Carrabbas had a new recipe for their Zucchini fries as I thought we got a bad batch. I thought they were terrible. I forgot Carrabbas had a new recipe and I ordered them to pick up car side as I have many times. They are terrible! They are all breading and a sliver of zucchini. My husband and I will never order them again! Please consider making them the old way… they were delicious!

I ordered two chicken marsala dinners with garlic mashed potatoes and Italian salads.
When my husband and I sat down to eat, the chicken for one of the dinners was like nothing I have ever eaten before. It was rubbery as if made of nothing but grisle. My husband spilt is chicken marsala with me as a result.

I ordered 2 Fifty dollar gift cards for my father-in-law (David Rehr) for Christmas and somehow the web site doubled the order charging my Visa $200, not the $100 I had intended to spend.
