Started out the AC did not work in our room & many other rooms, we sweated at night & they brought us a small fan, they never fixed the AC throughout the whole cruise, smell of urine in the hallways that they did not fix only put air freshener. The staff was mostly rude & service was terrible. In the sports bar there were two things to order to eat one of us ordered food from another part of the boat and had it delivered by staff to the bar, the bar tender told him he could not eat that food in the bar and made him leave with his food. The sports bar was completely packed and not room for others that wanted to watch games, I had went to guest services to ask for them to put the games on the TVs that are in the casino bar and was told by guest services they will not do that, I asked the lady to call Tech and she did not want to, I insisted and she pretended to call them and said to me they cant do that like I said, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she turned around and then turned back and said “can I help you”! I said so you’re the supervisor and she said no one is higher. When I went back to the bar there happened to be the tech guy there working on the TV’s and asked him to put the games on the casino bar TVs and he said no problem done! When I got my bill there were charges on it that I did not agree with, I was told that I’m the controller of your party & because you ordered drinks at the same time as others in your party at the same time you are charged for drinks and that we have to wait 5 minutes between orders I told her we all bought drink packages and we were in the dining room, again she told me it’s the rules you cant all order drinks at the same time, but there is 6 of us and we have to wait 5 minutes each to order drinks she said yes that is the rules and since you’re the controller of the party you are charged for everyone else that don’t wait the 5 minutes. I told her I was going to post this online and she told me go ahead we like feedback, Then she started saying hello, hello, hello, are you there, are you there and then hung up on me.

Worse cruise ever.
