To whom it may concern at Carnival Cruises.

Below please see my itinerary. I planned this cruise for almost a year for myself, my two sisters and niece. The cruise started out good on the 13th of November. It was our first stop in Bahamas, and everything went down hill from there. First, I waited in line for over 40 minutes waiting for my excursion to blue lagoon beach and dolphin swim. It was cancelled because the boat tipped over and was all over the internet, that’s how I found out how close to death we were. When the ship left that port it was rocky the next three nights. By rocky I mean you had to hold onto walls and pillars so you wouldn’t fall. I have taken many cruises and not just with Carnival; never have a had such a scary ride worrying if I was going to make it home alive or not. I’m 63 and a disabled veteran and my PTSD has been heightened since the second morning of the cruise. We were celebrating my sisters 60th birthday and let me tell you none of us did anything but stay in bed most of the cruise and cry.

To get to my point, I am either asking for full refund for my party of four or a free four-night cruise in the place of that fiasco. If this is not the correct person to contact, then please let me know to whom I need to speak to. If I do not hear from Carnival in a timely manner then I will have to take action with my attorney, medical and mental health doctors at the VA and let them handle it. My phone number is [protected].
