Hello Carnival,

I have been on several Carnival Cruises. I have been tempted to tried other Cruise lines but I believe if something is "working why break it". This honestly has been the most disappointing Cruise. The Customer Service by the majority of the staff was horrible. The amount of space in the rooms are smaller, kept hitting my legs on the bed to go to the dresser or balcony! Really who designed the bed when you come in the door?

Secondly, the Customer service displayed by most of your staff on this Cruise was horrible. Please note the gentlemen that was assigned to my room was AWESOME! Always acknowledge me or my daughter by name with a smile on his face. For this reason this cruise the most of the staff seemed untouchable, limited eye contact and I usually had to smile or acknowledge them first to hopefully get some time of communication. most of I should not get eyes rolled at to asked for hot fries or one more tender please. Or act like its a bother when I asked a question.

I tried to go or participate in shows, by this being a big ship most of the popular shows were over-crowded or the small areas were jammed packed. And BINGO was a rip-off, how do you charge to several hundreds of people and play 3 rounds of game and one was not even a BLACKOUT on the first day. Very disappointing!

I find it interesting on a smaller and older ship, I felt like I had more room. Sadly the Casino had space most of the time where you did not feel people were on top of you most of the time. Two of my recent cruises I had 3 people in a room and I was able to get around the room without constantly bumping my leg. NO matter where I was on the Cruise staff took the time to speak.

Lastly could not enjoy the hot tubs on level 16 or 17 because of the children. I expected not to be able to get in the pool. Maybe on days at Seas they can have a hours for only adults and time for family/children. Just a suggestion.

When we were docked I was jealous and disappointed to hear about the Customer Service, space and activities on MCM by several MCM guest.

My suggestion is Carnival needs to get back to not only being known as the party ship but a ship with "excellent Customer Service". Seriously this is the last thing, I use to be invited to receptions for return Cruiser and receive wine or free drink (which I was already eligible to received) but a free a steak dinner or something could of been offered. I hope Carnival is not turning into a company who only focus on the money (not the individual behind the money) and/or want to make certain individuals feel welcomed on a Cruise.

In closing, I did not take time from my stressful job to go on a Cruise not totally enjoy myself. Previous Cruises I use to get off the ship feeling relax and feeling like I been on a vacation. This Cruise I was kind of glad for it to be over.
