1. The food was disappointing. The steak was flavorless. At Lido deck breakfast buffet, the sausage was cut up and mixed in with cut up hotdogs. The food lines were very long. There were hardly ever any cooked fresh vegetables served. The bread and croutons on lido were stale.

2. The youth on board of this ship were absolutely out of control. The last night on board, 2 teen boys got into a blood drawing fight in front of elevators with a mob of teens running behind them cheering. There were young children including mine present who were subject to hear HORRIBLE cursing routinely by teenagers using the worst curse words imaginable. The teens hang out in the O2 lounge which is right next to where the young children are. Teens were running into people and there was just a huge lack of accountability for their behavior on board.

3. Every night while in our room, we smelled guests smoking weed in their state room.

4. The boat shuttle to half Moon Cay took way too long to depart. We were on board and the shuttle wouldn't leave until it was full. However, it was a later morning ship and guests were taking longer to come down and fill the shuttle. We sat and waited for over 30 minutes on this shuttle to wait for people to come so it could be full. Once the boat was full, it was packed with folks standing. There are not enough life jackets for this.

5. Our excursion started late and was cut short. We were the last group scheduled to the Dolphin encounter at 1pm and it didnt start until 1:15. It was to last 30 minutes followed by having to go get in another line to get our photos. We had to be on the shuttle out of the lagoon at 1:45...it was rushed.

6. On Elegant night, there are rules for the dining room in which guests are not allowed to wear bathing suits, shorts, flip flops, etc but they were allowed to dine regardless.

7. I was disappointed that there were no fun shows on the last full day at sea. It was just shopping and games that costs money, such as bingo.

8. Our room was situated right over top the Alcemy bar and Ocean Lounge. Music was very loud bumping under us until 11pm.

9. The library games were missing pieces. No checkers or chess pieces.

Desired outcome: Refund of excursion, partial refund of cruise.
