Carl's Jr. review: The food is terrible, customer service sucks!!

I went through the drive through at 5:45 am looking to get a nice hot breakfast before work, what do I get? A smashed bacon and egg biscuit, that is cold, as well as cold smashed hash browns that both look like they pulled it out of the trash! I spent $11.00 dollars on a breakfast for this?! Check your bag before you leave the drive thru! I've certainly learned my lesson on that!

Desired outcome: I would appreciate if someone would also pick up the phone when you call, they don't answer their phones!!
