Miles and More miles and more support / tel [protected]

It is a scandal, i am so disappointed by the service given by Lufthansa.

First the call is not free : 0.34€ ! and i spent almost an hour with people who i am quite sure did not know what i was talking about ! i wanted to exchange some miles for some gift card and it did not work and the two different persons i talked to did not know what miles and gift card are ! they asked me to wait and they never told me why it did not work. by the way i discovered it myself, there is on the last page an acceptance of the general conditions to give. The box is pre-checked : in order to validate the order you have to uncheck and check it again to be able to confirm the order.

what's the point of mentioning a telephone number if the people who answer are so incompetent ?

i would like some explanation and compensation.

Miles and More [protected] is my membership card

[protected] is my membership card. I exchanged my amazon gift card a few days ago, but now I have not received my gift card. My milesandmore card can't be logged in! Very rude! I was treated rudely! I won't use lufthansa next time! So rude! Quickly restore my membership card and compensate me for the loss! Impolite

Miles and More My mileage does not get posted

I have been calling for over 6 weeks to have my mileage posted to my account

Mileage is 91,767. The only mileage that posts is 1,000 miles.

I have filled out numerous forms and spoken to 5 different reps. I want to use cash and miles but am unable to since it only reads 1,000 miles .

I have lost out on great deals. Business class fare Boston to Munich for 2 was originally $6,100 now over $10,000.

I am disgusted with lack of service!

Desired outcome: Want my mileage posted! 1,000+ 91,767 so I can use them toward Cash and Miles. Unable to do anything!

Miles and More Linking Credit Card miles to Miles & More Account

My Barclay's MasterCard is not linked to my Miles & More account (#[protected]). I have called Miles and More four times. Each time I was told that this could only be handled by Barclays. I have, in turn, called Barclays cand was told that this could only be handled by Miles & More. Each party seems to be blaming the other and the bottom line is that this is not being addressed.

Please help me with this.

Miles and More Cancellation of upgrade to first class on the day of travel

confirmation was given to Mr. Passler of an upgrade to First class on his flight below.

Booking ref: VKI32M, LH 573 JNB-FRA 16/11/2023

On the day of travel he was informed of a downgrade to Business.

This was totally unacceptable as it had already been confirmed to him of his upgrade reference [protected] 27/10/2023

On speaking to a representative of M&M I was informed that this was an automatic downgrade in your system and there was nothing that could be done then promptly cut off. Again totally unacceptable, Mr. Passler has Senator status and your representative was reading from a script and not any help at all.

Miles and More Merger of accounts

As the new Travel ID system was introduced to the airline company, a new account was created using my log in email. Since them, I couldn't access my SWISS account and use my saved miles with my original email. I contacted customer service four times (via phone and contact form) requesting them to merge the accounts on my name to grant me access to my account and my miles. It was totally useless. I was continuously just referred to another department, without any interest from the customer agents in solving the issue. So far, not even a reply back about the filled forms.

Claimed loss: The use of my original miles on my SWISS account.

Desired outcome: The merger of the two accounts with my name and email.

Miles and More Scam

I ordered a few gift cards with my award miles. I did it thrice and all the tree times the order was cancelled by miles and more. I am unable to access the contact form too and when I decided to call them in order to complain the customer service guys are pathetic, they pick up the call and put it on hold and after some time they will disconnect the call. Pathetic service, pathetic airline.

Desired outcome: I want to be able to spend my miles, my way.

Miles and More Miles and More reclaim airmiles and refuse give support over phone using tricks

If you use their website to claim your airmiles, often reply "you are not on the passenger list" or "already registered". So you get none.

Even while checking in at the incheck balie, you give them your AccountNumber. So it should be automaticly registered. Last year I call them answer, you need to wait 3 months. After 6 months still not on the account.

The new trick if you call their helpdesk

A) You bearly hear them talking, even if you put your celphone on maximum sound.

B) When an operator take your call, he present himself, as soon you want start talking "please we cannont hear you, please call back on a later time"

So I call them several time in a day, one operator even make the mistake, as soon he identifiy himself, "Please call back later, we cannot hear you". He did not even give me a second to start calling.

So this helpdesk of Miles and More (StarAliance) Is froud. The operators don't want help you.

My respons on this company and all there airflight members : I will avoid any flight with StarAliance members. P.S. Every year I take about 20 flights around the world. I see Miles and More as a Russian devision Lying about anything !

Miles and More Not giving right mileage credits

I and my husband flew from lhr to del, then del to bbi and back same way by business class z. Within 6 months I uploaded our 4 boarding passes and request for mileage credit, never happened. I rang them few times, no help. Somebody at the end asked me to upload the boarding pass again, I did that. To our dismay, they only added mileage of half the legs and in economy class h. I have written to them twice with no reply. I do not know getting 4 boarding pass each why they added only half and it says clearly business class, how did they find economy?

Miles and More Company refuses to update my name changed after a divorce

I have changed my name back to my maiden name since the divorce, in 2022. Since my documents were issued with the accurate information I have been asking Miles & More to update my information. I have opened a total of 4 protocols via the websites, besides 7 calls to the different customer services across the BeNeLux and Germany. I have a total of 21 flights segments that are not recorded, nor it’s miles granted since my name changed in October 22.

Unfortunately the company that I fly the most is a Miles & More partner, and my credit card is also a Amex Miles & More, otherwise I would be pleased to cut every connection with this terrible company, and avoid traveling Lufthansa group.

Desired outcome: Change my name information to Carolina Tavares e Silva and record the miles of all flights since my name has changed in October 22.

Miles and More Costumer's service “miles and more “and barclays credit card “miles and more”

To start with, when applying for card it clearly stated (I have a snapshot) 60000 miles in 90 days,with all condition met I got only 50000.After monthlong stressful conversations whit reps.and supervisors (sadly)no positive outcome for me .When I try to book flight for me and companion ticket for my wife ,then the nightmare started (oversees reps.totally useless and not inform of benefits that primary cardholder get with card.I had to book regular tickets (so much for complimentary )pay full price and be happy you are flaying Lufthansa )).Now when I have miles to upgrade to premium economy it is not possible ,there it is always something!It is sad that company like Lufthansa don’t live up to there standards sadly by we are paying the price for it!Copy of this will be send to CEO and miles and more CEO ,have a good flight!

Miles and More New 2024 rule change

I am Miles and More member with Senator status, living in Australia. Australia does not have a Star Alliance/Miles and More domestic carrier. Under their new rules I cannot earn status points until I connect with one of the M&M carriers. So whatever international carrier I connect with from Australia to a M&M carrier. Usually in Asia or North America. Under the new rules I will lose 400 status points of the 2000 I would need to maintain my Senator status. Currently I earn points with any Star Alliance carrier in/out of Australia.

Desired outcome: On a Miles and More ticked flight from/to Australia, grant the equal status points for any Star Alliance carrier connecting to a Miles and More carrier.

Miles and More Incorrect crediting of award miles

My wife and I fly regularly between Boston and Munich on Lufthansa. Two months ago I noticed that her Miles and More statement showed 5060 additional miles compared to mine even though we fly on the same booking and same fare class. I have been trying since April 20, 2023 to get Miles and More to properly credit me. After repeated calls I have been told that their back office has a big backlog. That's all they will tell me and they will not connect me to their back office. My latest call to them was on June 6.

Below are all of the details relating to my problem. The reference number given to me by Miles and More for my case is 1GU-FJ7-VUJ.

Miles and More information for Robert [edited] and his wife Marjorie [edited]

Marjorie’s M&M number: [protected] Our status miles are in agreement (17285 miles)

For three flight segments we have been credited different award mile amounts:

1. Booking MLMQN3, flight 425, March 22, 2023, Business Class P

Marjorie: 3841 miles

Robert: 2624 miles

2. Booking UTRWGL, flight 424, January 10, 2023, Premium Economy Class N

Marjorie: 3841 miles

Robert: 1416 miles

3. Booking UTRWGL, flight 425, January 1, 2023, Business Class Z

Marjorie: 5762 miles

Robert: 4344 miles

Total miles difference between Marjorie and Robert: 5060

Miles and More Brussels air account and miles and more point

I created a Brussels air account and did a booking assuming the Brussels air account automates the miles and more point when booking is done after loggin in into the account. Then later saw Brussels air and Lufthansa are partners so I added my Lufthansa flight to my Brussels air account assuming the points will be added.

But now I opened my Brussels air account and I can only find my Lufthansa flight and not the booking I made with Brussels air first. It just making things very complicated. I used the same name same email Id for login for the both the booking and still it's not combining them. the process is just stressing out, and you can't expect customers to keep checking their points

Miles and More Swiss Air/Lufthansa

I tried to REGISTER as a new account holder several times.
I receive an error message during the registration EVERY TIME. I tried before and after my last two SwissAir flights and could not register.

I called customer support and was told VERY RUDELY that no support is available to sign up and that I should switch browser (the whole world uses GOOGLE but you don't?!) Regardless, I switched browser and the same problem presented itself. "A technical error has occurred" is all I get.

Seems to me you should want customers to be able to access the mileage platform you so heavily market and promote. This task should be easy. I've done everything I can on my end with no help.
Can you help me set up a Miles and More account/profile and include my last two flights mileage?
It would be very much appreciated.

Miles and More miles and more claim missing miles

Submitted claim for missing miles with Miles & More / TAP Portugal for my wife and me . Three Business class flight to Australia so ...lot's of miles. Website to claim via TAP does not work. Call, wait 40 minutes : you can fine via email. Both claims submitted on 15/2 and my wife received her miles on 10/3, I received nothing. Written reminders on 17/3 and 24/3, no reply. Phone call on 1/4 : I can see that you have send an email, but I can tell you how is handling it / can not tell you when your request will be dealt with and no you can not speak to a supervisor.

And TAP dares to send you an email asking if your contact with them was satisfactory ? Worst possible customer service. They are the national carrier in Portugal but I will avoid them, no matter what.

Desired outcome: Credit my miles I am entitled to. Paid 10.000 euro's for the tickets so .. maybe some customer service is in order ?

Miles and More Miles and More Flight Awards

Trying to use miles for flights has become a scam. There are no flights available at all according to my 20 different attempts using different dates and across economy, business, etc. classes. They only way to spend the miles for flights is by reducing the cost of your flight ticket...so for 208,000 miles you can reduce the cost by about $1,100. In the recent past you could get a free business class ticker for 130,000 miles which has the cost of around $5,000. THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I have not received any information that my miles have lost about 80% of their value.

Desired outcome: I would like to have miles redeemable like last year ie. business class ticket for 130,000 miles.

My Miles and More points haver been added to the wrong account. I get passed from one department to another and nobody is willing to assist me. Details of flight as are per below:

I was on all 4 flights and do not have an Air Canada account so how could these possibly be added there? I have contacted the agent that booked the flights and they said the code was blank so no loyalty account could have been added.
