On my return flight from Orlando to Trinidad on Wdenesday 22nd July, 2026 I was struck two times with Luggage falling on my back and neck. A flight attendant saw everything and requested that I file a complaint. The attendant brought Ms. Gabrielle Lewis/PURSER 485 to assit me.

Desired outcome: Need some form of compensation for being struck by luggage not stored properly in overhead bin. I am 77 years old and the pain was to much.
