Caribbean Airlines review: Bad service

My name is Wonita, my dad (Amarnauth Singh) was on the vacation for two leaving from Orlando to Trinidad. He return from POS to MCO was terrible, he supposed to leave on Friday 5-09-25 at 8am and Flight (482) and arrive@1pm, the flight was delay util 1 pm and got here to Orlando at 5pm which no one have the audacity to send a text or email to the family member, my dad is 78 years old he was left stranded, the one employee told he would bring him a ticket for $45 to purchase food and he never return to assist him, a fellow passenger had offer to assist to him the bathroom, I'm very disappointment with this airline, i's planning to take further action in this.
