This is the email I wrote to carhop just now. This isn't a first time occurrence, this lady is like this on every phone call, we usually only call when we make our payment and she demands we give her our employment information (she already has) as well as ALL of our bank accounts.

My husband and I have a car from carhop. We have NEVER missed a payment, last night we realized we were 4 days late on our payment so my husband is calling today from work on his lunch break. I just received a call from carhop the number on the caller ID is [protected]

I am in shock at how poorly this lady treated me. This isn't the first time this lady has been rude. Infact last time we called our house she asked my 10 year old so "why don't your parents have that bank account anymore, so they aren't going to pay their bill anymore"

Mind you we have never missed a payment and she was speaking to MY TEN YEAR OLD SON.

This time I just hung up on carhop She asked me to make a payment I said my husband Arlo said would be calling on his lunch break today. And then she said why can't I make the payment and I told her that I didn't have the card. This lady got mad and said so are you and arlo not together anymore? So I told her I don't see how that's any of her business? And she said "well does he have the car" and so I corrected her and told her I don't have that CARD. And then she asked me why I keep passing the buck to arlo. And I told her that I'm not passing the buck and that she was being very rude and I hung up on her.

I have never talked to carhop with the exception of when we went and got the car. My husband makes the payments out of his account. He has never missed a payment and honestly I find this behavior appalling and repulsive.

If this is how you treat your customers then shame on your company.
