This dealership pulled a bait and switch trick on me. I was told in writing (email) that the keys were being held for me and I had an appointment the next day to test drive. When I showed up, I was told after 15 minutes that the car was, "Just taken to the auction yesterday." This kind of advertising is illegal in the ***. Cherry Hill Nissan done replaced our 2012 Nissan Quest's transmission in April 'cause it was under warranty. Back then, the vehicle had 'bout 75,000 miles on it. Now, our vehicle got 'bout 105,000 miles and that transmission they put in back in April done failed. Any good car dealership would know that a transmission should last way more than 30,000 miles, so we reckon they didn't actually put in a new transmission when they fixed it in April .
