Joe Maus Mazda I got this real messed up part in the mail from this place - the packaging was so bad, it's like they wanted it to get wrecked during delivery

I got this real messed up part in the mail from this place - the packaging was so bad, it's like they wanted it to get wrecked during delivery. I hit 'em up about returning it on 3/13 but didn't hear squat until I messaged 'em on 3/20 saying, "I filed a claim and I'm just waiting for a response. I got another one on the way for ya!" I emailed 'em on 4/3 and called 'em on 4/17 to check in, but they didn't say jack. All I want now is my money back, plain and simple.
