My name is Cynthia Anderson/[protected]. I purchased a car in Aurora Colorado on or about June 2017. At the time Of purchase I gave the company a total of $500.00 and finance information for a 2007 Saturn Vue, 4 wheel drive. At that time we noticed the check engine light consistently remained on and they told us at the Car company to take the car to Auto place (Sheridan auto) "They have to fix it" we did exactly what they said, and we called numerous times. I even called the finance company and told them that the breaks did not work and the air bag is off.. They assured me that this auto repair place they use will fix this car. I believe its called Sheridan Auto repair, but they don't fix anything I watched people who purchased cars from Carhop and get told to go there they get the runaround. I repaired my own breaks, the engine that is covered by warranty is not fixed and the airbag is still broke. This is wrong that the staff at carhop lies and don't honor warranties just to get customers that have no credit or bad credit use them to purchase a car as if its new, and don't honor not one promise or warranty... I cannot wait on my car to get fixed... get me a loaner car and fix my car... Consider this a NOTICE OF INTENT Cynthia Anderson
