Car broke down August 2022 (bought in June 2021). I contacted local carhop 5 times with questions about the 18-month warranty that they sold me with my HHR. My vehicle eventually got repossessed for I was not paying for a vehicle that left me stranded on the highway at night with my dependent daughter. On 11/02/22 I received a letter from Interstate Auto Group, Notice of our plan to sell Property. Washington State Law requires 90 days from Repo to notify me of time and place of sale, which would be 01/24/2023 - nothing! I do not know if Carhop owes me money or not. I just took it as a loss. Then I got the notice to renew tabs on this vehicle just yesterday. Meaning the car is still in my name! Again, Washington law requires new owners to report within 2 weeks. Carhop needs to take my name off the vehicle for I do not know where it is and I can not be responsible for it.
Desired outcome: Take my name off the vehicle - I am not responsible for vehicle anymore and inform me of time & place my 2006 HHR will be sold
