I made reservation (CF731B1D) from 21.6.2019 to 25.6.2019 by Carflexi and I choosed Avantcar provider. When I came to airport to pick up car, in office my reservation was cancelled because I did not have a credit card, just debit card. Therefore, I would like to ask you for refund money what I paid by card before pick up.in attachment you can find confirmation of cancelled reservation.

    A credit card was required as a guarantee for the rental upon the pick up of the vehicle as stated under the terms and conditions of this rental and in your confirmation voucher.
