Capitec Bankvery bad service from capitec bank and call centre

I gave in all my paper work to capitec bank call centre and they said a must email my doc. To them and did it an email was send back from capitec bank and say dale will call me with in 2 days butt that is 3weeks later and still no call from calle centre or the branch very very bad from capitec now what must a done about capitec bank not doing what they are saying they gone do

    I had a similar problem...last month May 2017 I just finished paying off my loan I took with capitec. So I applied again for another one and they declined saying my credit score is low after not missing any payment during my last loan for 6 months...I guess being African is a disadvantage itself never mind that capitec is now number 1 commercial bank in South Africa...but it won't last long as me and my close group we gonna switch to something with great customer service.
