I recently took advantage of a Capital One "0% interest on balance transfers" offer. No where in the offer did it explain that no, they would not charge interest on your transfer but they would institute new interest charges on current purchases even though the new purchase charges are paid in a timely manner. As long as I have had this card, I only had finance charges if my payment was late. Since my balance transfer, I have finance charges every month even though all current purchases are paid promptly.

This company is after the customers money and life, they have no understanding of their customers problems, and the rep are very uneducated to the system, they want people in debt, and they want people to remain in debt.

Website advertises $200 reward bonus for $500 early spending...then once you apply and got approved (you get ding'd on your FICO score for applying), they do not honor the bonus even though your current FICO score is in the 800s (excellent). So go with a more honest company and never ever look at this company again!

Rocco salvio I finally get approved set I finally get I finally get approved for a credit carde account I am ask for address like a piece of mail I send it I send medical card and I did what they want and still can't use it I don't drive no pic I'd everything else what to do 20 pieces of mail
