I took car in for oil change (cannot remember date). The next day oil was all over the parkade floor. I drove to store and they fixed and topped up oil.
I called service manager today at appox 12.35pm to ask for a free oil change to make good. I offered to supply oil and filter. Service manager said he would not provide the service. Warrant is void if you buy oil and filter from same store. The technician did not tighten the drain plug properly... somehow my fault.

Desired outcome: nice to have the labor costs off next oil change
