I ordered very expensive Blilstein shocks for my motor home. It took several weeks to get it into the shop after receiving them (took them 2 weeks to get here). Mechanic found they were the wrong shocks. The correct ones were even more expensive but I asked to send the old ones back and purchase the new ones. No dice. Even though the shocks were still in the box, it had been over 30 days so they flatly refused. Bought my shocks at another source. I will never again do business with TH Motorsports.

I was looking for a seat and ordered from this site because it was cheap. After waiting a few weeks to see where my package was I checked my order and it said I ordered shoes. I emailed them to cancel my order because it seemed like I could I have made a mistake so ordered again even before my first order canceled. Found the seat again and went ahead and bought it. checked a few weeks later and once again it was shoes. This company seems to change orders to whatever they want. Plus they take forever to reply it took me a little over a month to get a reply and I can't even get a refund anymore.
I ordered some brakes. One week later the order was still showing pending. My PayPal was already charged. I emailed them asking what was going on, I received a reply from an Aaron Thompson stating that it was in the process of being cancelled. I replied back asking why? I never asked for it to be cancelled. Nothing. A couple days later...nothing... Finally after 2 weeks my PayPal credit was refunded but I waisted 2 weeks. What a pathetic company...
I ordered 2 Wilwood calipers that I could not get from my normal supplier at 10 AM yesterday. Good price with free shipping. They showed up at 11:30 this morning. WOW!

Ordered an air filter from their website on March 13th. Order status read as 'completed' and my credit card had been charged by the company. However, no tracking number was ever issued. When I contacted the customer support email, they told me it would ship on May 27th despite the listing stating it 'ships from manufacturer with 7-14 business days.'

I spent close to $1000 and didn't receive any email or call notifying me that my item was not in stock and was backordered that far out. Upon calling their Customer Service, they were all pretty rude about the situtation. They admitted they changed the listing 3 days after I purchased the item, and were unwilling to work with me. Was told I'd be contacted by a Supervisor on two separate occasions, but never have been. I will never do business with this company again and DO NOT recommend them to anyone.
I made a purchase with TH Motorsports on January 26 for an aFe intake that was labeled "ships from manufacturer". On February 2 I received an email from TH Motorsports regarding my delivery confirmation. It never came in that day, and it didnt arrive either on February 3rd. I called and spoke to Clifford and was told the company was out of stock and couldn't source another one, so my order was being canceled. In order to get a confirmation number for my return, I was told to call back in 2-3 days. I wish I would've checked their rating here first before placing an order. The whole situation has left me feeling uneasy, and worried about getting my money back.

THMotorsports is a complete waste of time. BUYER BEWARE, GET YOUR PARTS ELSEWHERE! The person you place an order with is the only nice person. Once order is paid nobody wants to help you. Parts are wrong and I have been given the run around for almost a month being on hold for long periods of time. I finally called today to just get my money back and they hung up on me. They are a company under Autoplicity so I then called them and they said they can not help me either so I would beware of them as well being as the receipt I had to keep asking for was finally sent from Autoplicity. DISHONEST CROOKS! 0 STARS! HAD TO LEAVE 1 STAR TO PROCESS!

I placed an order (#770114) on 8/4 for some tail lights. I wanted to replace my older ones because they had a wiring issue that caused them to go out when they were hit just right while driving. Over a period of three days I was able to fix the issue, meaning I no longer needed the new lights. I cancelled my order online on 8/7 and received a generic email stating my request would be processed once the ticket was received by a staff member. I called today on 8/10 to confirm my request and was told by a representative that my request would be sent to the warehouse and the order would be cancelled and refunded as long as the item had not yet shipped. I am currently awaiting a response and will hopefully know more by tomorrow. I have given 4 stars, as I was able to get in contact with a live representative on the phone very promptly and he was polite. Upon receipt of my order or refund, respectfully, I will be willing to leave a 5star rating.

Rated 1 start only because zero was not an option. Ordered parts for my car and when I went to install they did not fit. I called the manufacturer directly to verify the part number and was told it was incorrect. I called TH Motorsports tell them and they said you are correct it appears our website is wrong and that part does not fit your car. They then tell me that I am outside their return window so there is nothing they can/will do for me. They told me to resell them on my own. Completely unacceptable that they can sell you the wrong part and then take no accountability in trying to rectify the situation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buyer beware, go elsewhere!

I ordered a part on a Wednesday with 2 day shipping. When the part didn't arrive by the following Monday I emailed customer support. I got a reply that said they were looking into it. 2 days later, a full 7bdays after I placed my order it had still not shipped. A shipping status was applied to it and tracking number issued but FedEx never recieved the part. I then called customer service to get an updated status. They asked for my order number and said that an inventory issue occured and the part would not be available until the following month. I placed my order on April 29th, emailed on the 2nd, and called on May 6th but the part won't be available to ship until June. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this site. When was I going to be told there was an issue. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered a headlight for my son's car from their website on 7 June . I ordered from them because their web page said they had *** stock (i have a picture of the website). On 9 June the order status read as 'completed' and my credit card had been charged by the company. However, no tracking number was ever issued. When I contacted the customer support on 11 June, they told me they "had experience an inventory discrepancy and will notify our tech support team to update our catalog. We apologize for the inconvenience as this part is out of stock at the moment". The manufacturer was out of stock and indicated the approximate ship date as 9/9. This company has the same address as *** - I previously tried to order the same item from them and got a similar story, except that time I waited the 6 weeks they suggested and they still never produced the item. Not sure if this is some kind of scam but I will never plpace an order with either of these companies again.

Horrible. Items were shipped in damaged boxes with parts missing, but the shipping boxes themselves were fine. That means TH (or whoever they source from) intentionally shipped damaged/incomplete product. I then both email and call to get a response. Email logs a ticket to their system without active management. SLAs on the ticket themselves may prompt responses from whomever its assigned. I call, and speak to someone that sounds like is trying to help. 3 business days go by (5 total with the weekend), and no sign of an RMA, return handling information...nothing. Still sitting on damaged parts. I call the whole experience a loss on top of a loss. You should never have a customer sit 72 hours (and counting) pending from contact to return an item...let alone ship damaged goods in the first place. Happy to share photo evidence of the entire experience to anyone who asks. Buyer beware...sometimes trying to save an extra penny just is not worth it. I comparison-shopped and TH beat the best price of a competitor by $50. Someone at another suspension place I was talking to was willing to even price-match but I found it on TH and thought i'd give them the business. Lesson /learned.

I received an email from Autoplicity requesting a photo of my full driver's license and my credit card (last 4 digits). I found it odd that they wanted my personal information on my driver's license, such as my DL# etc., so I told them to cancel the order and informed them that I would be sharing the email with my credit card company and the ComplaintsBoard.com. After that was cancelled, I ordered the same part from THMotorsports. While I didn't know it at the time of ordering, I now know that they are the same business as "Autoplicity." I received an email a day later saying, "We tried really hard but unfortunately had to cancel your order. We could not fulfill it and have already voided your payment if you were originally charged." I checked my credit card statement through my bank, and sure enough they billed me despite having canceled the order. I verified the order was canceled through their website, then I proceeded to file a dispute for the transaction just in case they wouldn't remove the charge. I'm currently waiting for a response from Visa about the transaction. This company is EXACTLY why you use a credit card to order online. If you're reading this, it is probably too late to prevent you from making the mistake I did. But I would advise you to talk with your credit card company immediately and let them know that this business has a history of shady transactions, as evidenced by the reviews left on this site.

Disappointing Experience with THMotorsports: Confusing Description, Unhelpful Customer Service, and Unexpected Fees
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with THMotorsports. I was trying to order a part, but the description was kinda confusing and I ended up accidentally getting the wrong thing. As soon as I realized my mistake, I tried to cancel the order by contacting customer service. But even though it was only a few minutes later, they said it was too late to cancel and I'd have to return it instead.
So I went ahead and returned the part, but when I got my refund, I was pretty surprised to see that they'd charged me a restocking fee and a return label fee. All in all, it ended up costing me $95! And to make matters worse, when I complained about it, they told me it was my fault for placing the order after hours.
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with THMotorsports. It's not like I was trying to scam them or anything - I just made an honest mistake. And it seems like they could have been a little more understanding about it. So yeah, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with THMotorSports. The customer service was just not up to par. I called in and gave the gentleman my military credentials to get the military discount, but he asked for my email. I gave him my info through email and waited for 7 hours, but still no code. We spoke several times about my Corbeau seats not being sold separately, but I know for a fact that I specifically bought one seat from them in the past.
I just wanted to complete my order quickly so I could possibly get the products sooner than this weekend, but unfortunately, I had to complete my order without the discount. I'm not trying to seem entitled or anything, but I just wanted to get my order done as soon as possible.
My first experience with THMotorSports was awesome, but this one just wasn't worth the hassle. The communication was terrible and it just made the whole process a lot more difficult than it needed to be. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, because I really do like their products.

I recently made a purchase from THMotorsports, also known as Autoplicity, for a Firestone Air Rite Kit (2592) that they advertised on sale for $957.24. However, after waiting for 5 days, I still had not received any tracking information about my order. I decided to call their 1-800 number to inquire about my order status. Unfortunately, I had to endure 10 minutes of music before finally getting through to a customer service representative.
The representative informed me that only their warehouse could provide any updates on my order, but unfortunately, the warehouse was closed at the time. I had to call back later and listen to more music for about 5 minutes before finally getting through to someone. After two more phone calls and a total of 6 hours later, I received an email from THMotorsports stating that the parts I ordered were not available for 30 days.
I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. It seemed like they were just holding onto my money and waiting for me to contact them before trying to come up with excuses. I feel like I was ripped off and taken advantage of. To make matters worse, they informed me that it would take 4-5 days to process my refund.
Overall, I would not recommend THMotorsports to anyone. Their customer service was terrible, and their communication was lacking. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but instead, I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Purchased a part from them back in June. Have never received the product. They kept saying it will be delivered shortly. Requested a return of my money ($686) in October. It is now Dec. 22 and still have not received my refund. Been in contact weekly. But they keep putting this off.

On 10/30 ordered by mistake 4x Federal SS595 205/40R16 83V 140L6AFD. Within the same hour I sent a request to cancel the order. I have screenshots of emails from 3 of their companies Sales Representatives promising a cancelation and confirmation. They still sent the order out and was charged $265.59. When I received items they were not packaged properly and came in 2 pairs strapped to each other no plastic wrapping. On 11/20 was given a return label to return merchandise for a refund, after sending receipt from UPS to send them confirmation. The sales representative stated I would be charged a fee for shipping no amount specified. I tried having PayPal step in to mitigate issue. Sadly I only have received $133.00 on 12/16. I advised PayPal and there response was to report them to ComplaintsBoard.com or FBI.

They provided another ETA, June 5. Still nothing. Waited till Feb. 28, 2021 to follow up. Got a quick response of my order being cancelled and refunded. I've double checked my statements, and no such refund has been made. I've emailed them back to double check their statements, but still have gotten no response. I've been robbed of $265.92 and probably will not get that back. But if this complaint gets out to many people to avoid this company, I'd say $265.92 is my contribution to help other consumers.

I ordered a part for my truck while waiting on a confirmation # which I requested they mailed me a random part.i look at orders numurous times before buying and they will not send me a return label or the correct part or return my money its been a month.
Good Day - On 10/7 i placed order #*** for a corsa exhaust system which i was charged $1038.99. This order was placed after calling customer service and ordering the part i was told to order. After i received the exhaust system, it was evident it was the incorrect part. I contacted THmotorspots and was sent a return label on 11/3 and told i would be refunded. I immediately shipped the item back and awaited reimbursement. On 11/10 i was reimbursed $823.21. When i reached out to inquire about the missing $215.79 i was told i had to pay the restocking fee (20%) plus shipping inbound and outbound. I do not understand how a customer can be charged for the companies error in providing the wrong part number.

I was told it was on back order and would ship July 1st I called July 2 said it was on back ordered due to Covid then they told me it would ship August 1st. Needless to say I called August 2 for tracking info and was told I was getting a refund and the product was no longer available. On August 4 they were sending the money via PayPal and never received it. Called August 6 and was told they were sending it in 5 minutes and its August 7 and have not received it. Worst company to deal with. I want my money back.Do Not buy from them.

I ordered pistons on April 28,2020. When the company sent the tracking number it showed that they had shipped it to NJ instead of my address in Lake View ,SC. I contacted them numerous times and got the run around from the customer service representative saying he had to talk to his manager about it being shipped to the wrong address. After a month of calls and emails Michael told me they would refund me for the product that I never got. I asked him how long would it take for me to be refunded and he said 24 to 48 hours. It has now been over a week. I called back and he said he would have to talk to his manager and email me back, he has not just like all the other times he said he would.
I ordered 15 .10 wheels from thmotorsports and was charged to my bank account as Autoplicity for $105.94 It then said an error was made and I didnt purchase the wheels. I tried to resolve this issue several times ,the last time I called during business hours and was put on hold for 4 hours without speaking to anyone before call was dropped. I wish to be refunded the $105.94 for the wheels they say I didnt order but was charged for.

On 03/24 I ordered an automotive head gasket from THMotoresports.com (Order # 720907). I sent two emails, 05/06 and 05/13 respectively, requesting a status on the order as I had not received the product I purchases, nor had I received an update on the order. I never received a reply for either email. Assuming the order was not being processed, I attempted to cancel the order via the business' website; however, this was declined. As of 05/29, I still have not received the product I order or any response from the business, so I filed a dispute with my credit card stating the product I ordered over two months ago has never been delivered and I have not been able to receive an update or any response from the business.

On 10/30 ordered by mistake 4x Federal SS595 205/40R16 83V 140L6AFD. Within the same hour I sent a request to cancel the order. I have screenshots of emails from 3 of their companies Sales Representatives promising a cancelation and confirmation. They still sent the order out and was charged $265.59. When I received items they were not packaged properly and came in 2 pairs strapped to each other no plastic wrapping. On 11/20 was given a return label to return merchandise for a refund, after sending receipt from UPS to send them confirmation. The sales representative stated I would be charged a fee for shipping no amount specified. I tried having PayPal step in to mitigate issue. Sadly I only have received $133.00 on 12/16. I advised PayPal and there response was to report them to ComplaintsBoard.com or FBI.

Ordered a pair of headlights on Feb. 11 2020. My account has been charged. I received no product after 45 days. I've waited till July 27 to email and check the status of the order. Got a reply with a new ETA shipping date (July 31, claimed to be from manufacturer). Still no product. No updates, opposed to what they've stated. Emailed them again. They provided another ETA, June 5. Still nothing. Waited till Feb. 28, 2021 to follow up. Got a quick response of my order being cancelled and refunded. I've double checked my statements, and no such refund has been made. I've emailed them back to double check their statements, but still have gotten no response. I've been robbed of $265.92 and probably will not get that back. But if this complaint gets out to many people to avoid this company, I'd say $265.92 is my contribution to help other consumers.

Grrr this place should be sued and I am going to file a class action ! Wish I had read reviews! They showed they had a Thule kayak tank in stock and DID NOT! Sent me an email after I ordered telling me it was coming from manufacturer which I had called and they will not have stock until JULY... I believe this is a front to get customer orders, take money and NEVER deliver?
Ordered a headlight for my son's car from their website on 7 June . I ordered from them because their web page said they had ample stock (I have a picture of the website). On 9 June the order status read as 'completed' and my credit card had been charged by the company. However, no tracking number was ever issued. When I contacted the customer support on 11 June, they told me they 'had experienced an inventory discrepancy and will notify our tech support team to update our catalog. We apologize for the inconvenience as this part is currently out of stock.' The manufacturer was out of stock and indicated the approximate ship date as 9/9. This company has the same address as another vendor I had issues with in the past - I previously tried to order the same item from them and got a similar story, except that time I waited the six weeks they suggested and they still never produced the item. Not sure if this is some kind of scam, but I will never place an order with either of these companies again.
TH Motorsports sent me damaged rotors for my Audi Q7. They provided a return label, but I never received a refund. This place is a scam, beware! I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they apparently like to take people's money without providing the due service.
False advertisement of products and horrible customer service. They make it so hard to return and item for a refund. It's just pathetic. Never do business with them. "
