Completed quiz - got 8 of 8 questions correct. Reward was supposed to be a
$ 10 e - Gift Card. NEVER RECEIVED. Web site says all awards completed September 24. Complained Sept. 29. Was assured complaint would be sent to marketing and they would get back to me. NEVER HAPPENED. Called again a few times including latest on Nov. 6. Person answering had no clue what was going on. Gave me fictitious telephone number for their supervisor - no way to contact person since number leads to another CAA office with no ability to identify said supervisor. Also claimed person answering Quiz might have to be under 60 to earn reward - no such statement anywhere in Quiz documentation. They sent me Quiz information by letter and they know full well that I am over 60 since I have insurance coverage with them.
All in all a very bad experience.

Desired outcome: Want CAA to honour their promise.
