I consigned my RV over in may of 2025. My sales rep and handled this consignment in the worst possible way. Inspection was completed and advised i needed a new water heater and a roof repair and seal. I paid $1900 for both repairs. I picked up my rig in September and first time out in November my water heater did not work and my roof leaked ! Upon further inspection no seal was completed on my roof and the repair of the leak was not completed. I paid over $1000 to fix the water heater and roof repair. The water heater was during the middle of atrip and a mobile service needed to come out for this repair. No response from their customer service or any reps regarding my complaint or warranty on my work. I feel this did not this on purpose and knowingly did not complete the repairs. At the time, we were not able to transport or come to the store due to medical reasons and my sales rep knew the circumstance and took FULL advantage a horrible situation.
Please help me I can afford this bill and further damage camping world has cost me!
Claimed loss: - roof repair -roof seal -mobile repair -water heater uninstall and reinstall with the brand new unit they installed and it did NOT work!
Desired outcome: please refund $3500 for my repairs This is the low end of the money that it cost me to fix what I thought was fixed
