Burger King customer service

Lately, the few times I have gone to a fast food place, like McDonald's, Wendy's, Culvers etc, I have noticed that they have treated me overly nice with a smile and very courteous when asking me what I needed and how could they help me. I remember thinking that fast food managers were stepping it up and were really training their staff to make sure the customers come back.
Unfortunately, this was not the case this morning.
I Went through the drive through of a Burger King today 8/12/19 at 9am. The lady taking my order over the speakerphone stated that she could not understand me and to come to the window. When I drove up to the window, she looked at us ( my friend and I) like if we had "2 heads", looking at us almost like saying: what the heck are you doing at my window? It took her a few seconds to open the window after she was looking at us through the window, to then open the window and immediately asking us, you want one bacon and one sausage? To what I said: Yes. She charged us and we gave her a 5 dollar bill and my friend said I have the change for you, yet she closed the window. My friend tried to get her attention by screaming over the closed window and then honking the horn to give her the change, but she never acknowledged us. She then opened the window to give us the change in coins, to what my friend said to her that she had the exact change for her and that we tried to get her attention, but she never acknowledged us. The lady got upset, and with an attitude took the change and went up to what I believe was the manager or team leader to get the key to put in cash register and give us the 1 dollar bill. She then give us the food and my friend immediately asked her for ketchup, yet again she did not wait to immediately close the window, before listening to what we needed. We called her, hunk the horn and the other lady inside had to tell her that we were still at the window and so she opened the window. At that point my friend said to her: Did you get up in a bad mood today? With an attitude, the lady extended her hand to give us the ketchup, and my friend said thank you and have a good day. My friend was ticked off at her lack of good customer service and said, after I told her that I was going to make a complaint, she knows she did wrong because she did not even give us food receipt where her name would have been.
I feel that whenever you deal with customers that are paying for a service or a product, you being the one receiving the money has to make sure to provide us with the best service as if it was the last possible day to get it right. This lady was obviously either not happy with her job or with us - 2 Hispanic ladies trying to get breakfast. I believe BK managers need to do a much stronger Customer Service training...so far many stores are closing, and you don't want to be one of them, or do you? Thank you!

Burger King impossible burger

This is negative advertising for beef. I will not be dining at Burger King as long as the 0% Beef is part of your advertising. Beef made Burger King, King. Go ahead and throw beef growers under the bus. I will eat where they advertise 100% BEEF. Your competition along with most places that serve hamburgers make them with 100% Beef. I have always loved Burger King especially the all beef Whopper. I will miss you munching on a Big Mac or a Hardee's Burger. You are making a big mistake.

Wow. You know they still have beef burgers, right? The impossible burger is in addition to regular burgers, it's not replacing them.

Burger King inappropriate maintenance time

Drove through at lunch 12:05 P.M. on Monday August 12th 2019. Many patrons in line. Of course we all have windows down to order and pickup our food. At the same time the septic system was being pumped. The system is located directly along the drive through area. Covers wide open and that special smell wofting through the air as customers are preparing to eat some food. Disgusting. Management should find a more appropriate time for this sort of maintence.

Burger King very bad manners

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to place my order, the cashier lady walked by several times and did not ever ask if i was waited on or if she could take my order, but as soon as someone she know was standing behind me she tried to take his order, and he was behind me what a racist employees y'all have, yes i was the only white guy in line at that time, and i will talk to someone about this matter that way it will hopefully not happen again to anyone

Burger King the service and the food

Hinckley Minnesota Burger King I recently stopped there at 5:30 in the afternoon there were six customers total the two in front of us had to wait like 15 minutes before they walked out the door my brother and I waited another seven minutes I ordered two Whoppers one Whopper was with bacon and cheese the other Whopper was just without pickle what we got 20 minutes later was one Whopper that was done right the other Whopper was served with no meat on it then when I brought it up there and complain they said they would have another one wait another 15 minutes never did get my Whopper they never put it down and I never even bothered with me again after that so I complain to the manager the manager seemed a little interested in what was going on and just said while give you a refund and let it go at that not for a few people that were in that store you would think you would get faster better service instead of standing around waiting for 15 minutes to get waited on and then end up with crappy service garbage food and they got to do something about their quality to because my brother and it up getting diarrhea the next morning and was sick all day long

Burger King food and customer service

I enter the store and I notice that the woman is cleaning up, she is mopping and well i went as far to the side as possible to avoid dirtying the rest of the place, so she already mopped the front of the counter on the customer's side so she goes over to take my order, she keeps sighing, she then takes my order so rudely, she charged my food and then told me she doesn't have enough for my change, i was like alright no worries but the lady taking my order then took the order of the other 2 customers and she did not give them attitude even tho they came in the same place, she then did not give me my receipt, i know my order was number 15 that day on monday august 12 2019, she then hands me my order and all them chicken nuggets go out of the bag to the counter which she didn't clean and there were ketchup stains and dirty stains all over the place and she said " oops they fell, i don't want to touch your food" she didn't offer to replace my meal, that is very unsanitary and bad for customer consuming, I just said, "have a better day" then I left, I expect to receive compensation for the situation I went through. Burger King service customer relations cleanliness

Horrible service at the coventry ri location. Cashjer I think her name was Kelsy was more interested in talking to her friend than taking our order. We stood at the register for 5 minutes before she eventually decided to come back from her conversation. She was not polite or curteous in any manner, asked what we wanted and told us the total then made her way back to her friend. I then asked for some mustard but they didnt have any packets and wouldnt even give me any in a cup. The entire dining room was filthy every table and the floor had food and trash. Entire staff was rude to each other including the manager. This restaurant used to have such friendly employees and management so im not sure where it took a turn but it is completely unacceptable.

Burger King incorrect orders

For the third time yesterday, this Burger King messed up my order in drive through. What makes it worse is they keep their phone off the hook so you can't call and complain. Try it [protected]. I ordered a Whopper with cheese meal cut in half and a taco. I got the taco, but received a sandwich with two beef patties, mayo, pickles, and onions. There were only 3 cars in the drive through line. I was the second one. If this was the first time I would forgive it. But this was the third time in 2 weeks. The fact that the phone is always busy makes me madder!

Burger King drive thru worker

I ordered a double Whopper this morning at the drive thru! I drove up to the pickup window to pay & get my food! When I was done paying, the young lady at the drive thru window asked me to back my car up a little, away from the window! I asked her why she wanted me to back up completely away from the window! I thought she was asking me to park at first while they were fixing my food, so I wouldn't block any other customers who drove up! No, she just wanted me to back my car up a little, so I couldn't see what they were doing in the restaurant! My guess is, that they handed me a burger already made, instead of making me a fresh burger! Now that is just my guess! I don't know what other motive she could have other than that! But I do suspect whatever it was, she wanted me to back up so I couldn't see what they were doing inside! And if that is the case, they must have been doing something there at the time that they didn't want a Customer to witness! This is the first time this has ever happened to me at a drive thru! I hope you guys have cameras at this specific store so you can find out what they were trying to hide from me as a Customer!

Burger King whopper

Bought 2 whoppers. Tastes like nothing. Lettuce have a brownish colour and tomoto very over ripe..even the onion is old and soggy. Had to take of everything. Left us with only the bun and patty...which tasted like nothing. Me and my husband were very disapointed. We dont have n Burger king in Malmesbury so we drove all the way to Paarl for we like burger king food. Anyway. This was the first bad food we ever got from burger king. There is not much going on at this burger king... maybe thats why you get old ingredients on your burgers. Everyting else was fine. The fries and cheesy bites were 100%.

Burger King breakfast

So, Today I walked in to Burger King, ready to order a sausage egg and cheese french toast breakfast sandwich. So I ordered a sausage egg and cheese french toast sandwich and 5 minutes later, one of the workers calls me back up and says we ran out of bread, to make the sandwich. I'm not mad about the fact that you didn't have french toast for the sandwich, I'm mad because you keep advertising the sandwich on the menu, and don't bother to take it off the menu or just put a little note on the menu board, that tells me that you are out of french toast.
It's mistakes like this that piss me off and cause me to not come to Burger King for breakfast.

Burger King service

hi so about 11pm today I went to this location to order 2 impossible whopper burger combos. I was starting my order and was told to give the employee a moment after about 5 mins she told me to go ahead with my order. I asked her if I she could cook the impossible whopper some other way so that it had the least chance of getting cross contamination with meat. I'm vegan and I really enjoyed this burger I had just been to the Dallas location and had order the same thing and they made it without a problem. She told me there was only the broiler. I asked you guys don't have a oven or microwave or anything? She said it's with the microwave or the one broiler with a attitude and I told her look I don't mind the microwave I'm trying for it not to be cooked where you guys cook meat. All I got was attitude and a rude "it's not going to taste the same in the microwave". I told her that I was okay with that she said okay so I told her so I want one a large and before I could even finish she said "Jesus Christ so you want a meal?"?In the most annoyed tone. I told her yes but if it was a problem I could just go because the last thing I want to do is ruin her night to which she replied mockingly "man you can't ruin my night I got too much god and stuff in my life" after that comment I was so upset I told her to forget the whole order and that I was leaving. Honestly I was super happy you guys had a burger that could be made vegan and in all my years of being vegan I had never had such terrible service even in places where the vegan option are limited and I have to change the whole order. All I wanted was a simple no mayo impossible burger cooked where there would be little to no cross contamination from the meat and I get treated like I'm a idiot. So yeah not the most pleasant experience. Hope she doesn't do that to others and that you guys fix the problem Cause that is one tasty burger. Thank you.

Burger King tv in the restaurant

I don't watch Fox News at home. They have it on ALL DAY at the Burger King and it's loud. Music is playing at the SAME TIME! I don't typically care, but it's LOUD and today I watched a young family with kids sitting near the TV while the Fox anchors argued loudly about the mass shooting in Dayton. Can we have a break from the politics? Aren't there other stations? Isn't there a BK station? Can we turn the volume DOWN or, better still, OFF?

Burger King short changed $14.79 at drive thru window

On 7/29/19 8:00am I was short changed $14.79 at Burger King drive thru window 1618 Morse Rd Columbus Ohio when the BK employee attending the window told me that I would have to waite for my change while she would have to verify the $20 dollar bill I gave her as not being counterfit. There was a lineup at the window so when they gave me my food I didn't realize that I hadn't been given my change until I got home. I tried calling this BK a half dozen times but no one would answer. I drove back to the BK but was told that they were too busy to count the cash register drawer. I then asked to talk to manager but was told he wasn't in. I told the employee I wasn't leaving the drive thru unil I got my change so she said I would have to Waite and about 5 minutes late she said the drawer wasn't over and I needed to leave or would call the police so I went home and looked up the complaint line phone number. I Called Complaint line and they would check into It and gave me complaint ref # Rlg6l. I heard nothing from them that day so called back the next day a was told it oould take 7 to 10 days for a answer. After 11 days and no answer I was told that they had emailed the BK location and it was up to the location to call me. I why hadn't call the BK and got a reply them selves but was told they didn't call BK stores.
So I'm out $14.79 and need go to a BK again and will warn others.

Burger King everything

I ordered through my mobile app and drove up to the drive thru and told me to park near the doors to bring my food out and meanwhile no customers were there beside us. It took them at least 20 mins to bring our food out and all of our food was cold and they did not give us our Hershey pie or two of our drinks or our chicken nuggets also my kids burgers only had cheese no ketchup or pickles and when my husband went in to tell them they had my husband put the ketchup and pickles on himself and the man gave him an attitude and my husbands whopper did not have any ketchup on it either and all the food was super cold my husband had to go in about 3 times and for the drinks we were supposed to have 2 medium and 2 small they gave us 1 medium 1 small so he went to tell them and gave hims another 2 smalls instead of 1 medium 1 small. The guy was unpleasant and rude.

Burger King shorted on order and on money back

Afternoon! I just went through my local Burger King (Collinsville, IL) and placed an order. They ended up shorting me 2 mozzarella sticks and $4 in change and what we thought was 2 10pc nuggets as well. I go in and they ask if I was shorted the mozzarella sticks, I say yes and some change. The manager on duty says I have to wait for her to pull and count the drawer. Absolutely fine. She comes back after I've been waiting for 20 mins with what was over in the drawer, still not right but I said it's close enough. I then asked about my 2 10pc nuggets. They took my receipt when I came in and didn't give it back. Said that I was rang up for 1 order not 3 and I'd have to pay for the other 2 orders. Now having me wait for over 20 mins to have them count the drawer for shorting me money they tell me I can't have 2 10pc order of nuggets. Honestly that amount of time, they should have replaced our whole order (which was only $12 and some change) but instead denied us the nuggets we tried to order in the first place and sent us home with extremely cold food. The manager on duty was completely rude and should be replaced by another as she doesnt know how to deal with situations like this. We go to you establishment ALOT, just 3 times this week already but after this. We won't be returning.

Burger King food and service

Cashier scraped off veggy and threw my burger in the bag I had to tell her to remake it and I sat down and watched them remake my burger they were cooking the burger patties in the deep fryer! This is the burger king at the Ta truck stop in Hillsboro texas this is not only unexceptable but nowhere near normal standards for burger king i understand it is owned by ta but its still suppose to be burger king standards this place needs to be checked out immediately!

Burger King a couple items

1st I want to say I know they are trying to cheat their system by always asking you to wait while they get your drinks before you proceed to the next window. They do this every time even if no cars in front of me. A few times now they have also messed up the order on 2 different occasions they gave me extra Mayo on my chicken sandwich when I asked for NO mayo. One of those times I didn't check it till I was already back at work so I suffered through it. The 2nd time I had to pull ahead & wait for them to cook another Chicken as that was their last one. So today I think I will keep it simple & order nuggets. But again my bad didn't check it till I got home, but I did not have the nuggets but instead got chicken fries.. if they paid as much attention to the orders as they did in trying to cheat their timers on orders maybe they'd do a better job at pleasing their customers...

Burger King service, cleanliness, product delivery, client service

Went with family (4 people). The place was extremely dirty. One member of our family didn't even order because of the disgusting surroundings. Waited 8 minutes for 2 burgers. Had to remind them twice that we also ordered fries and chicken nuggets. Waited another 4 minutes for a milkshake and then 12 minutes after we placed the order, they told us the milkshake machine was not even turned on. The employee acted like it was not a big deal-no apology for keeping us waiting for 12 minutes. The restroom and the entire restaurant was gross. There was trash all over the floor and the floor was so sticky. Clearly wasn't washed anytime recently. There were also trash and wrappers on several empty tables. Worst fAst food experience in my 54 years ever!

Burger King food quality/customer service

I recently went to the Fairhaven Burger King location on 8/9/19 at approximately 7pm. My husband ordered a large combo meal fish sandwich plain with a coke and fries. I ordered a medium whopper jr with cheese meal diet coke and onion rings. We also ordered a 4pc nugget, ranch sauce. The cost was $17.53. We get to the window and there are 2 girls laughing and joking around. We get the wrong change back and then we are handed two drinks. The girl at the window did not know which one was coke or diet because "she did not make it". Then we get handed a bag and she walks away - I look briefly in the bag and see 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. We have to knock on the window to get her attention and I say we are missing onion ring, nuggets and ranch saunce and how about ketchup/salt/pepper. She comes back and gives us a bag with nuggets/fries/sauce/onion rings. I said well her screw up to give us another fry. Now we have 3 fries vs 1 but whatever we go home. We get home and open our food and we have 2 whopper jrs no cheese old and disgusting and no fish. We live about 10 minutes from location so I was not going to go back and when I called to speak with a manager, I was told he "stepped out". I left a message and no call back. Come on, now. Fast food is not cheap and the experience was weak at best. Step it up Fairhaven!
