Burger Kingcustomer service issue

On Oct 7th 2019 I entered the burger king in Phoenix az off 19th ave and the 101 freeway. When I got home all the food felt and looked like it had been sitting there for over an hour cold, hard even the bread hard like a rock could not even eat it and the meals I ordered were for my children. Immediately called the location addressing the issue. I came back a few days later due to it being an inconvenience for me to go all the way back there. But when I did the manager on duty was very rude and had a bad attitude even with me presenting my receipt. It is about customer satisfaction 100% and that day it was not. I would appreciate it if something could be resolved about this as soon as possible.
