Burger King manager/restaurant as a whole

I went through the drive thru this morning with my cousin.The lady on the intercom sounded rushed and we asked her to give us a min to which she gave us all of 5 seconds and rudely asked again if she could help us and he told her again to give us a min a little louder to which she got even more rude and said can't I help you find something to which he said no you can't finally!So then we ordered and she rudely read the order back to us and said pull around.We get to the window and the lady opens the window and didn't greet us at all and looked like she was speeding on drugs my cousin handed her a hundred dollar bill and she was so rude and said yeah I don't have change for that and I tried to ask her if maybe a manager had it or could get it and she said excuse me ma'am and threw her upper body out of the drive thru window acting like she couldn't hear me I asked again and she told me she was the manager and no she did not have change we would have to go get change or go elsewhere!I told her she didn't have to be so rude to which she acted surprised to but didn't apologize for it she just said I'm sorry you took it that way!This is the 4th incident I've had at this Burger King in the past year and honestly I don't even know how it remains in business!The other red headed heavy set manager acted the same way towards us about 6 months ago and I had to report him to which nothing was ever done and I was never even followed up with about!I just want to bring this to someone's attention because y'all could be losing lots of business over this!I myself will never go back to that particular Burger King and plan on informing everyone I know about these incidences!I also will write reviews on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau today!Im not letting this go this time!That lady and man should not even be employees let alone managers working in customer service!Her name was Tracy by the way!Thanks so much for your time!Have a great day!

I was eating my crispy chicken club salad at home that I ordered on kiosk station I asked for no tomato and got chewing gum after eating 98 % of the salad. It was stuck to the bottom of the black plastic bowl mixed with balsamic dressing. The manager told me they always chew gum and he tells them to stop and say he was sorry and wanted to replace my salad...

Burger King service and food

There were 25 people in line and only 1 new employee cashier taking orders. No one came to help him a lot of people got mad and left. I wish I had so not to experience your new taco. This was not even related to a taco. It was deep fried, greasy and the meat was burnt. It was totally disgusting! I at 3 bites and threw it away. Will never go back. Did not want to get back into the 20 people line for a refund.

Reason I am giving a complaint is because I was eating my meal, with no air conditioner inside the burger king restaurant. It's 100 degrees outside and inside the burger feels like 110 degrees more. When you first enter in any restaurant you expect good service and an air conditioner, I expect to eat my meal in a cool environment not in a hot as hell burger...

Burger King unsanitary conditions

Initially, I found the bathroom filthy when I went to wash my hands. Then my son bit into his burger that contained a black hair. We showed the manager and then I told the counter guy about the filthy bathroom. He said he would check on it and I checked on that and found that it was a poor job and nothing else had been cleaned. Also the terrible unclean conditions around the beverage serving area and kitchen service door were sickening. I told the manager how I felt and also told her I took photos. The place was not too busy to give the bathroom the cleaning that it absolutely needed. The other filth was not from just one day but as habitually not properly cared for. Our family only lives about 4 miles away from that BK and we have been there before as it is conveniently located. The conditions have bothered me but last night with the hair in food, sink, [censored] on the stool, etc, and apparent lack of concern by staff... I was really disappointed. My wife wanted to put photos on the FB but I thought that someone in upper management needs to hear about this and hopefully a meaningful change can come about. We lost our appetites from the hair problem and the failure to clean is a serious matter! If you had experienced this with your family would you want to go back?

Burger King employee disrespect and attitude & racism, balled my receipt up and never gave to me and I had to ask for it

A employee at centreville, va burger king . Her name was Lina, a female at the drive through. Treats me and my mother with disrespect every time we come and accused me of smelling bad and would not take my form of payment . Burger King fish sandwich

My husband bought me six tacos. I tried to eat them, but threw them out. They were hard, about 1/4" thick, greasy and tasteless. So I went back there and they gave me a choice of what I can get. No tacos for sure 😝. So I got a fish sandwich. The fish was overly crispy, 2x2 inches, dry and very fishy tasting. That's it. No more Burger King for me. I was really disappointed 😞

I absolutely dislike pulling up at the drive thru window. I complain and refuse. The staff are rude every time. It takes so long to get my food. I never get what I want. I never get the sauce or items are not correct and the staff are so mean. I'm just so upset and I wait long periods of time between visits. It's not like this anywhere else. It's terrible...

Burger King tacos

Most disgusting to look at and the thought of eating it, made me gag! My dog took one look at it and decided it was nothing he wanted! I think it had refried beans.. not meat! The sauce was overkill. The cheese looked like worms. It was soaked through to the outside of the shell and hard rubber! Shame on you for promoting such a nasty item! You have now turned me off to anything Burger King!

the tacos are terrible. the shell looked like they had pressed it with a iron. the shell at the bottom was burnt down flat. the shell was even a bit brown. the meat was bunt and smelled it. was hard to hew because of this. will not ry them again and I suspect others at this location ill not eat them again either..

Assistant manager is very rude. Staff is not wearing gloves. I personally witnessed the security guard get a cup and fill it with ice without gloves. Staff is congregating while a long line forms. Burger King general appearance of shop

I went through the Burger King in Merrillville Indiana at 61st and Broadway to order some tacos. The weeds were so bad all around the shop that they were even growing up toward the speaker. The shop is all remodeled and looks real pretty but the terrible weed situation all the way around it is just sickening. I can't believe they don't have a landscape guy to come and clean it up as I said it looks terrible

The tacos were small, hard as a rock, 1 square inch of lettuce, and apparently leftovers from the day before. But the worst part of the order was my Whopper. I love Whoppers but not this one! Barely anything on it!!! Very little lettuce, onion, and 2 miserable little tomatoes (if you can call them that). I had never been disappointed before by the Whopper but this experience turned me off. Forever!!! Just nasty!!!

Burger King tacos

Went throught the drive thru and got the new tacos they are the worst items you could've added to your menu. I went back around to the drive thru and gave them back the employee at the window didn't even care asked me if I wanted my money back but didn't suggest anything else they weren't even hot and I was the only person in the drive thru the shells were even hard. Thos place is getting bad like Mc Donalds. Pissed off customer.

Ordered 2 small drinks with order. Asked to please put both into 1 cup. Was told no very rudely with a nasty attitude. Asked for manager and was told by Maryann that she was General Manager and that they were a franchise and complaining to you wouldn't matter That does not give me a good feeling about Burger King instead of Wendys which us also nearby.
