Very rude service, slow, and incapable of giving a correct order. EVERYTIME we get food from here the order is incorrect. This time it was onion rings (which is an additional charge) when we called to inform them of the mistake they were unprofessional answering the phone to the point of not being sure if it was even BK that was answering. Then while telling them of the problem they switched people who we were speaking to and proceeded to tell us we were wrong and "too bad, not our problem". As a member of the service industry I'm incredibly disappointed in this behavior to the point I will NEVER use this location and maybe even the chain again.
