I purchase product from the Mount Vernon Burger King on average of three times a week and have for almost a year. This morning (Sept 18) I experience d one of the most inexcusable customer service examples I have ever seen. A homeless person was in line ahead of me and the lady behind the counter did everything to pretend she did not see him. This went on until there was four people online. This continued until two of the customers just left. They made the same comment I am putting in this complaint. Much later she went and got, what I believe was a manager, an other employee to wait on him. All he wanted to do was buy a cup of coffee and yes he was wearing a mask. Then I was allowed to place my order to the same person who waited on the homeless person. I ordered the same thing I order to to three times a week and have for almost a year without problem. Two bacon croissants and one with the bacon kinda crispy. He made me repeat it several times and then said he never heard of such a order. He then turned around and YELLED two croissants with with super crispy bacon. I also order food a lot in the evening. I probably will be ordering a lot fewer times in the Burger King in Mount Vernon, Washington State. This should be put on social media for all to read. (email [protected]@gmail.com)
