BURGER KING @ 1928 Airport blvd, west columbia, sc 29169. I went to your store in West Columbia SC on 10/8/2023 to order a whopper combo meal and got thrown out of the store and told me to never come back. The employee had an additute from the very beginning of my order. She would not even let me speak to tell what I did not want on the hamburger. Then I told her I wanted a fresh fry, didn't know how long the fries were in there, they were probably cold and that made her mad, she took my drink that she had made and picked it up and threw it a way, then told me to get out and don't come back and took the money out of the cash register and threw it at me. She also said I was not welcome there and don't ever come back!. That is not a way to run a fast food restaurant. I was treated with no respect what so ever. Did not get a receipt but it happened around 12 noon on the 10/8/23. So I rode way out of my way to go to another Burger king and they were short handed it took me 10 minutes to get my order and of course it was wrong. We only have 2 BK in our area that is close by. went to your burger to order some lunch. before even walking into the place there were three dirty looking people standing by the door begging for money from everyone walking in or out of the place.
After I placed my order of 2 tacos and an onion ring it took them 50 minutes to get the order ready. my plan is to never go to that store again and I will let every person I know about your service. I will plan on putting this information on all or any website I can. your company should be ashamed of the employees you hired.
