Hello, today I am writing you as a Postmate driver. As a postmate, Burger King should have the order ready by the time I get there. The app even notifies me telling me that "order is ready". When I got here they had not even started preparing the order. Not only this but they had everyone in line waiting for 10+ minutes just to order. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I am still standing here waiting for the postmate order and I have been here for 15+ minutes. If you consider this fast food, you will be out of business in no time. Catch up with the way the world is advancing and stop hiring incompetent people who cant even manage 1 simple order. TERRIBLE
