In a hurry to feed my hungry grandkids, I drove thru the window to order fast food A girl answered the drive thru intercom and after 3 times of telling me to wait and 15 mins later, she took my order. There were no cars behind me and one car at window. I paid at window and she asked me to pull up into parking lot to wait with 3 other cars who were waiting. After 40 mins and seeing 6 other cars pulling into waiting lot I was told by a upset customer that she had been waiting 20 mins for one hamburger. I turned my engine off and leaving my 5 grandchildren in car, went into restaurant. Standing at counter were 3 different customers who were extremely upset because they were waiting for over 45 mins. I asked about my order and was told it wasn't ready nor had it been started. In fact, there was no orders ready! It was obvious that the teenage staff who seemed confused and standing around were not trained nor cared that there was about to be a riot of upset customers! During my time inside, customers started getting out of their vehicles and entering upset and asking for refunds. With 5 hungry kids and over 55 mins later I asked the supervisor for my money back. She was extremely overwhelmed and it was evident she did not know what to do. I left with no apology given and no food. This is not the first time I have gotten poor service at this Burger King, but it will be the last!
