Burger King

On 1/25 I purchased a breakfast burrito from the store located at I 20 and Mansfield Hwy., Ft. Worth, Tx. with a coke for about $7.oo. I had to wait at the side door for a long time. Even the coffee wasn't ready.
1. The burrito came wrapped in a wad instead of being rolled. The tortilla was cold, I don't mean warm, I mean cold.
2. About 3" of the front of the burrito and 2" at the last was empty.
3. The sausage was overcooked, the bacon wasn't crisp, and the egg only covered about 1/2 of the burrito.
4. I had the coke and about 1/2 of the burrito. The rest went to my dog/.

I realize that the corona virus is causing many problems for your industry; however, you would save on your utilities if you stayed closed.
I don't expect anything from you but you cannot address consumer problems unless you know about them.
