Burger King

Hello. My name is Amy Savino. I love Burger King. I have gone to the same one since it was built. We go there every few weeks. The last few years it has been a lot less. Every time we go in the shake machine is down. If you go in before 5pm you might get a shake, after that you won't. This evening 1/21/2021 I had a late evening and decided to stop in for dinner. This mind you was at 1954 and was told that the machine was down. 2 full hours before closing. I haven't complained before as I am in the restaurant field. I have never not given something to a customer that is on the menu. I really hated making shakes, but I did it. It is what the customer wanted and it was on the menu. Please give me one good reason why I should spend my hard earned money with you if I can't count on getting what I want to order. As I'm not asking for you to run out and get something you don't make or have in store.
