I'm utterly disgusted and upset that I am declined a bathroom stop due to the bathroom being closed.
Why can the company sell food but decline a basic right to use a bathroom..
I felt the staff member was rude and in compassionate.
We have been traveling and I am very upset..
The store in question is on interstate 81 which would attract travelers and we use this road often but we will not be using this store going forward..
Companies cannot hide behind covid if they still want to sell produce. I understand staff need to be protected but this is just unacceptable..
I am a fan of your company but may stop going to your stores as there is plenty of other places just as good..
