Burger King - Gift card

Burger king on 441 Eustis, FL would not take gift card. I gave them one with a couple bucks on it and it went through. I have another Burger King card and their machine wouldn't take it and they made no attempt to run it manually. It is a happy eats card and it has Burger King logo on it. At least they got my two bucks off old gift card greedy bunch. I bet they got some food themselves with their company discount

Burger King - ricardo castillo, manager verbally attacked customers

Ricardo Castillo, who is a manager at the Eustis, Florida Burger King, yelled at 2 customers old enough to be his grandmothers. They were only expressing their 1st Amendment Rights of Freedom Of Speech. They ladys didn't understand what the employees were saying because they were not speaking English at all, they were speaking Spanish, and got offended by not understanding what was being said. Ricardo Castillo, who is a manger for now at the Eustis, Florida Burger King was. Very Rude and the ladys felt very uncomfortable being yelled at by this so called manager of Burger King in Eustis, Florida. We were in there and we left and will no longer eat at any Burger King ever again because of how Ricardo Castillo a Burger King manager had acted towards these customers. No matter what was said by the customer, the employee Ricardo Castillo had no business acting or talking the way he did towards any customer.

My opinion,

I live in NY, we have the same problem with Hispanics who don't speak English, how can anyone hire people who can't understand the language of the country they reside in.

Well the answer is simple they don't care, and neither does the present administration. In a few short decades from now, Spanish will be the dominant language of America.

You voted for Joe, so you better learn Spanish, Adios !

Btw as very well known, the 2 ladies APOLOGIZED to R. Castillo by letter. There is evidence of it. A video showing their letter. So who posted this complaint has no business or writing the way he did towards any employees of BK telling lies on a complaint board.

The complaint is FALSE. The video shows that the 2 women yelled at RC "Go back to Mexico" after he spoke to one of his co-worker. So he was only expressing his "1st Amendment Rights of Freedom Of Speech". Why he has no right to do so, but others have?

Btw "Nomore BurgerKing" was not there since the other 2 customers (one of them posted the video) explained to the news what happened before. "Nomore BurgerKing" did NOT. AKA it's not true that he was there!
