meals not satisfying
I visited the Dekalb, Il Burger King located on 38 and had a horrible experience. It was Thursday July 19th 2018 around 5 pm. I ordered the 2 cheeseburgers and double quarter whopper and they were very warm the cheese was barely melted. My daughters had ordered chicken nuggets those weren't very warm too. The pop machine was also down and they did not have any coke products. The bathrooms were disgusting (dirty toilets, toilet paper) and the floors throughout the entire place were sticky. It was an overall horrible experience and i wanted to inform you all what is going on. I hope you get this resolved or I will never be returning again. Thank you

Stopped at Burger King in Rawlins Wyoming on Sunday July 22. The restaurant was horribly filthy, the service was sub par, we had to ask for our food. I have been a restaurant manager for over 30 years, if my crew ran any of my restaurants this way, I would fire every single one of them and bug bomb the store, rehire obviously a more intelligent and caring crew before re opening the restaurant. Where is the area manager? Where is the restaurant manager. If this is how Burger King corporate allows their restaurants to operate, you can be sure I'll never step foot in another one again. The wife and I were looking forward to our whoppers with "Large Fries", this was a drive through purchase, damn glad I did not order kid size fries. Where the Fries running low?
So to say the least, Extremely disappointed with the pathetic excuse with the 12 to 18 fries in each order.

Your daughter is old enough to have a job, then it is not your place to speak with her manager, or with district managers. That is HER responsibility. If one of my employees had their mother call me, unless they were calling because the employee was incapacitated in some way, I am not talking to them.

I just ordered a whopper jr meal at your wyoming, pa location. Took one bite & the largest blackest hair I have ever seen was inside my sandwich. I took up to the counter & gave it to the manager & she never said a word to me. No i'm sorry - let me get you another one - let me reimburse you-nothing!
I walked out & will never return to a burger king again!

Why cant I contact anyone from corporate? I just get a call center that can never help me with a very simple issue. Ive called about 4 or 5 times now in a 2 month span and been told the same thing every time. My issue is that I dont eat meat and would like double egg instead of the meat but they cant do it because on the computer theres no option for it? But theres an option to substitute the meat for another type of meat? And if I choose no meat im charged for the meat anyways? So they are forcing people to eat meat. If I wanted extra meat or extra anything they charge for that. So if I dont want the meat why should they be able to charge me for it? Like I have had the same issue with jack in a box and mcdonalds and they both was able to resolve this issue when I called corporate. But with burger king they cant do anything after 4 or 5 of me calling them?

Roughly at 4 o'clock today I ordered two double cheeseburgers catchup only, hamburger, a whopper, and a double cheeseburger. I received two double cheeseburgers catchup only, I hamburger a whopper with cheese, and a double whopper. When I went inside to exchange it they didn't want to give me a whopper without cheese after explaining what I wanted compared to what I got several times. I was overcharged and I never got what I wanted I ended up just leaving

This was one of my favorite location at one time... On my way home I would go to this burger king by now the closed toysrus and was custom to see the people that work there that always treated me good. Now I have not been to this location in a min due to the lack of urgency that the employees that are there now. I can tell from previous experiences that the employees and managerment team have change bad. I notice how the employees were all outside smoking (not cigarettes cause of smell) and how they ran back in to answer drive thru. As a mgr myself I know after the lobby closed no one goes outside or enter... Due to safety, thats not the case there. Also I had seen 2 of my former employees that I know was fired for stealing and have a criminal background for alot of criminal activity as mgrs at this location... What in the world is going on... I know they aint change none because my son told me bout one of the mgrs got arrested at this location (inside) and had a bond and is back at work. He works for the police department and he ask me to see if this was the same one that work with me... I just rather go to another location than this one because the one that owns and operate this location dont check backgroundsand just put anybody torunhis location that dont deserve to be there... You all def need to look into this matter because some good employees have quit from here.

Because my work is located so very close I go to BK every day for breakfast for myself and co-worker. Each time something is forgotten (food) drink and for a week straight they were out of soda. I spend way to much money and not once has that location tried to make anything right. Today I spent $15.00 and a whole meal was left out. I don't have time to go back there and the phone stays busy

whopper with cheese
We arrived at the drive-through where a extremely rude attendant rushed and disrespected us. The food tasted like they rubbed it on the floor before putting it on the bun. I couldn't take more than one bite. Disgusting. I will never go to this location ever. I encourage everyone to stay clear of the Burger King at 82201 Overseas Hwy Islamorad FL. They clearly do not respect their customers. I will be placing this at every social media outlet that I can do. Additionally if I fall ill regards to food poisoning, I will be seeking legal aid.

This place is a joke. You really need to investigate. Poor customer service and everyday something is broke or out of bread, onion rings etc. I'm a business owner and if one of my locations were acting this way I would want to know. Then the way they talk to customers is really sad. I'm telling you. If you investigated you would probably shut this location down. The employee outside on there cell or sitting on their car with headphones taking orders. Then saying it will be a 10 minute wait because he's handling something.
the establishments had no fries
The cashier didnt seem to know what she was doing. She keep asking the same question didnt take the drinks with the meals keep repeating the order wrong. After get to the window and paid after waiting 10 min. Than she came back to the window and ask can we pull up for our order after we pull up we waited 10 more min than she came out and said they dont have any fries. We just ask for a refund. They even didn't apologies. The customer services is horrible to slow and when you do get your food its cold.

I went to the Burger King at 2810 South Academy in the Hancock Plaza Center drove up to the drive-thru speaker went to place my order the lady behind the speaker got my order wrong so I went to correct it to let her know what I wanted and she was really rude I heard her say oh my God very sarcastically all because she couldn't get my order right all I wanted to do was order breakfast and she was just right out rude talking to us I was there at 6:43 a.m. on July 19th and I have over 20 years of customer service skills and that lady behind the speaker has zero customer service if she thinks it's okay to talk to somebody like that because she's either having a bad day or not a morning person either way it's unacceptable to talk to customer very rudely all because she messed up the order I didn't even finish my order I just drove away cuz I was so frustrated but the way that she was talking to me and the tone in her voice it wasn't pleasant at all she was an African American lady that was in drive-thru I did not get her name I was so mad that I just left is the closest Burger King to me and I love your guys breakfast now I do not want to go back to that burgerking in the morning just so I could avoid this lady who thinks it's okay to talk to anybody anyway she wants unfortunately I have never been so disgusted at a restaurant like I have this one with this young lady I really hope that her day gets better so that she doesn't take it out on anybody else my email address is flipfloplvr13 @gmail.com if you would like to get ahold of me I'm not sure if 28:10 was the address I know it's Hancock Plaza Center so it could have been the 27-20 store I just know it was in Hancock Plaza
billing amount charged twice
We visited outlet no 11455 on fashion avenue new york on 21st June 2018 and the girl who served us swiped my card twice for our order no 74. Since I immediately got both messages within 5 mins on my cell phone, I approached her but she refused to admit her mistake. I showed the messages from my bank as well as my online card statement showing two charges but they were very rude and adamant that it was not possible. They sent us away saying they would look into the matter. It's been almost a month and the charges have not yet been reversed... Both are showing as settled on my card account. I stopped at Burger King a MONTH ago and ordered 5 bacon burgers Plain!
When we got home, my picky kids all refused to eat when they found all the burgers had tomatoes, lettuce etc!
It was a long day at work I had 5 kids with me. I had to make dinner.
I was so upset I called customer service, she took my name and number and said someone will be in touch! I am still waiting!

Myself and my whole family were completely shocked with the service at SugarHill/Buford location. I ordered 2 for 6 whoppers and then I had a coupon for a free whopper with purchase. (3 total) The total came out to 10.48. I asked are the whoppers still 2 for 6 and the cashier rolled her eyes, made a horrible disgusted face at me and said Yeah. I asked why it was 10.48 since I had a free whopper. This conversation went on 4 times, with myself explaining, I believe the total should be 6 something. Her answer every time was it's 10.48, with a rude, ugly attitude. I asked can I please talk with someone else about my total. She screamed for the manager and said this lady wants to talk to you. She threw her hands up in disgust. (All I was doing is talking to her and asking her about the cost I was not rude, I was not ugly and I was just confused at the total) The lady that was already screaming at an employee about something was the one that came to help me. I believe her name was Sarah. I said I don't know why she is being so mean to me, but I haven't done anything to her and she is rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up. Instead of addressing the matter she said very rudely maam what do you need. I told her I just believe I am being over charged. She was extremely hateful at the time. I told her I am buying 3 whoppers 2 for 6 and I get one free. She asked me why I thought I could have a free whopper. I said excuse me, I have a coupon. She then said you have to buy one and it's BOGO. I said no, I am buying 2 whoppers then I have a free whopper coupon, 3 total. She told me, you can't have 2 for 6 whoppers and then use a coupon. She was so hateful why saying this I told her I felt I should just leave instead of purchasing. She screamed while I was leaving have a nice day. It seemed like she and the other lady cashier wanted to fight. I will never go here again. The last time I was in this store we got there at 9:15 and the cashier told me it was to late to make any more whoppers.
complaint of not letting me use my coupons on whopper wednesday
Today July 18, 2018 I went to use my two coupons at the Burger King in Prince George, BC for two whopper meals for $11.29. When I placed my order through drive thru I was told that it is whopper Wednesday and it is cheaper to do it thos way and to save my coupons. I thought this is great. I am saving some money. When I went to the window my bill was just shy of $30 l. I said to the lady that I will use my coupons then as it will be cheaper. She informed me that she is not aloud to use the coupons for the deal that they had on today. The coupons do not say that I cannot use them on this kind of deal. I am extremely disappointed. I am a mother of a 3 year old, I am going back to school and on a budget. I had budgeted for the coupon price which was $5 cheaper. $5 may not seem alot to someone, but that is a jug of milk for my daughter.

Twice now I went to Burger King in Columbia, pa and the staff there are unprofessional, the place is dirty, they don't care how the food looks or taste when they send it out. I got sick from eating here twice now in the last 2 months I am done. I loved your chicken sandwich but there it's like eating a big cardboard grass hut. They mess up my order all the time also ask for onions and lettuce on a spicy chicken sandwich I get a regular chicken with everything. When I get fries it's only half filled. Very dissatisfied customer.

I been coming every morning before work to Burger King for the last 2 weeks.i am 2 months pregnant and been craving it.the morning staff is usually awesome I get the ultimate platter no pancakes cause they make my stomach hurt sub French toast sticks.today July 18th 2018 I came in and it was a different staff cashier was rude and said I couldn't get French toast I told her I get it every morning she preceded to get a manager who came out rude asking me who gives that to me every morning they are in trouble they do not do that.i am a General manager of a franchise and I would fire any of my management team who spoke like that to any of my customers.i will never ever go to a Burger King agin .both these employees should get in trouble for there actions not professional at all.they both need training in respect!
no drinking water
Yesterday at 1:20p.m. I ordered a whopper combo from Burger King, Ironshore location in Montego Bay Jamaica. I requested bottled water instead of the sweet drinks, and was told there was no water available. I then requested tap water, and was told there was no water. How can an establishment such as Burger King have no drinking water? That is totally unacceptable. As a result, I cancelled my order and will no lonher be a customer at Burger King.
