Burger King burgers

Burgers are always cold and there was three of us that went today and we all got some hard pieces of bone and grizzle. It was the worst burger. We continue to have cold burgers that it makes us stay away. We used to go every week but now once a month or longer. So dissatisfied with the burgers. We even talked to manager on duty. One time he gave us a free pie. Burgers still come out cold. I liked it better when they would microwave them. Now they are in a warmer that just give you cold burgers. Rather go to Five Guys. They may cost more but at least it is real beef, not the filled stuff you are using.

Burger King manager and employee all around the whole place

I went to store 2639 Beverly hills mi and had a horrible customer service experience on 7/20/19 I ordered a whopper with cheese and for 1 it was same price for 2 but cashier did not tell me so I wanted to add another the manager Kim came out and charged me another 3 dollars which was too much I paid and the manager is the one that made the second one I left went to give my husband his food was about to eat the whopper neither had cheese on them I had to go back up and get a refund they kept me waiting 20 min and the cashier wouldnt even talk to me. Terrible cuatomer service seems they charged 99 cents for cheese and didnt give on purpose

Burger King cleanliness of building

My family has been to this Burger King several times in the past year or so and it's never been top notch on service or cleanliness but today tops it. The service was slow but always is; however, the workers were nice and apologetic. My complaint is the building itself-the floors are always gross-You just slide around the place. There's bugs(gnats) flying all around the tea and drink station. The tables are dirty as well as the floors. While we were eating we saw three huge roaches on the floor and then saw one fly from the air vent onto the floor. That about did me in! I won't be going back. The Other BK location in pineville isn't much better! We don't even go to that one anymore.

Burger King Overcharged

Order # 562, Store 07400. Survey code [protected]. Ordered Bisc S/E/C NO 1 American CHS, 2 for $4 B-Fast SGL CROIS B/E/C (2 @0.00), SM HASH BROWNS.

The lady and I repeated the order 3 times. and at the window again.
What I got:
Bisc S/E/C NO 1 American CHS.
1 Sausage, egg croissant, 1 Sausage, egg, and cheese.
No Hash Browns.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Last time they charged me wrong and argued the menu board was wrong. Would not refund the over charge.

Burger King additude and service

Everytime me and my family come to this burger king the service is horrible, as well as the customer service. I came in one day for a ten piece chicken nugget and waited over 30 minutes a few days later I came back to get breakfast for my 4 year old and the girl on the speaker was incredibly rude..
I wantented to order a sausage egg and cheese cross with no egg the girl responds on the speaker very rude like and says " so you want a sausage cross " and replied yes I then continued to order and said I would like the order of French toast and asked how many came in a small order and she replied with "if I look on the menu screen I can plainly see there are only 3 in a small order " I also ordered a large order of hash browns that she never even put on my order so after paying the first time I had to repay for a large hash brown . I have not ever had a good experience with this burger king which is surprising because any other burger king I've been to has been a plesent experience. Me and my family will not be returning back to the green cove springs burger king because of the horrible experience we have had mulitipule times.

Burger King manager

I paid for 2 drinks and wanted a chance to win $25K as advertised and the manager would not let me because I bought small drinks. The sign says buy ANY drink for a chance to win. She said that the small cups do not have a bar code to scan. She said that I had to by medium drinks to be eligible. I did not read that o. The advertisement. I would appreciate an explanation as to why I would not be eligible. When I asked for a receipt of my food, the manager told me that there was no receipt paper. The address is 11780 Haynes Bridge Road Alpharetta Ga. the date of purchase is 7/21/19 and time of purchase is 10:49 am The cups provided did not have the icon to scan and the manager did not help at all.

Burger King chilli cheese bite

I visited your store in port talbot, south wales, united kingdom yesterday (drive through), i ordered a sprite zero and also 4 chilli cheese bites, i then drove roughly five minuates away which i then pulled over and pulled on out of the bag which was luke warm, perfect eating temperture after leaving it cool for a coupke of minuates, i then took a bite out of it which the inside content splatted all over my lips and face burning me, i quickly went to wipe it off my face, which i also rubbed of the burnt skin of my lip, my lip instantly blitered and started bleeding, in pain i quickly phoned the restiaraunt after 10 minuates of trying to get through i decided to return to the restaurant which i requested to speak to the manager, she then phoned the area manger which replied with "the packet they were served in says caution hot " which i accept to a level, how can i predict how hot the cheese is inside the bite, the actual chilli cheese bite cooled down on the outside so i therwfore thought it would be okay to eat i didnt think i would have to put a thermometer in the center of the chilli cheese bite, i thought it was absolutely disgusting, and there was no apology my lip is in agony and burnt very badly i wasnt able to eat for two days and it was hurting me, this could of been a child or a baby its sickening, i want somthing done about this, feel free to contact me on [protected] or [protected]@hotmail.com

Burger King no lettuce or tomato

Hello! See attached pics. I went through the drive thru on 7/21 and didnt get a receipt but I just purchased the two for $6 with cheese. Got the cheese but other toppings missing.

Burger King charged incorrectly for a "special"

I went to this location, thru the drive thru. Currently, you have a special for "Whoppers" specifically, a double whopper meal for $6. This is what I asked for at the window, and the girl asked me what size drink I wanted and I told her whatever it comes with, I said small is o.k. My mistake! I didn't really look at the receipt and the clerk didn't tell me a total, so I did not see the charge until a few minutes later. I was charged $8.49 for the whopper, small fries, small drink. I went back to the store and told the counter person what happened, and said I did not get the $6 special price. She said you asked for small size, therefore you were charged full price! I got the right food, but was overcharged and the clerk would not refund me the difference! McDonalds is looking better every day!

Burger King tacos

Ordered 4 tacos, worst tacos I ever ate, shell was ver soggy, looks like they fried them with the meat in them, very little cheese and lettuce and way too much sauce, knew something was wrong when there were a lot pre-made ones, we love tacos, I was not happy with this product, lost me as a customer, especiallywhen there is a Taco bell 1/2 mile away and McDonalds right across the street,

Burger King salads

I purchase salads from store number 24563 quite frequently. This store NEVER has croutons! They usually say "we're out" but today they told me "We can't keep em in stock, so we just don't order them anymore". I'm outraged that this particular store REFUSES to follow standards! At least a discount .. if the complete advertised item is not available.

Burger King 2 pulled pork sandwiches

I feel ripped off I just stopped and bought 2 sandwiches to bring home and they sure don't come close to what you advertised and it was $12.06 for for this (2 photo's attached) I feel the meat should of covered the bun and the toppings sucked, it was nothing like you advertise, plus I had to stand and wait till the guy came back from a break for him to make the sandwiches along with 3 other people unbelievable I'll never buy another one of these high priced sandwiches

Burger King quality of food

The girl at the window was very nice and friendly however the food was horrible. I understand it was 11:46 p.m. but if a business is open at that time they should still provide good quality food until closing time. If not maybe they should move their closing time up a few hours. My French fries will not only cold but hard and stale my hamburger which was supposed to be a bacon double cheeseburger had no bacon the bun was hard and the hamburger itself is called.

Burger King worst customer service

Ive been a client seens this store opened and the pass few week ive tried to go there after work like I usually do and its been clo before the closing time they say the close at midnight but ive been going at 11 after work and its been close. But. I just thought that I could give an other try and j got the chance to go again and it was open so i went to the drive and theres 2 lanes and i they told me to wait so i wait till i see they keep taking orders from the other line supposedly to be one order one lane and then the other but i kept waiting maybe they just forgot but they took more and more orders will i was still waiting and i left. Im not coming back and i might be just one customer and it wont affect at all on a big company but it happened to me and it cull happen to other people.

Burger King the delivery truck at night smashed our car

We were waiting in the drive thru waiting for our order. A huge delivery rig drove into the drive thru lane & smashed the left side of my car! It's totally unsafe to allow the delivery truck drive into the drive thru lane! My car is so damaged that I couldn't open the door or close my window. I have to pay for a safe garage to keep the car at night until it can get fixed and I have to rent a car to work! Who's responsible for the time and money I lost from this accident? Burger King or the delivery company?

Burger King I will never give this BK my business again

I pulled into Burger King drive thru on 17951 NW 27 Ave, at 10:30am and I hear from the speaker at the menu board " I'm sorry." I had not placed an order yet. So I ask what do you mean. The reply was that breakfast was over and that lunch did not start till 11am and so no food was being served for the next half hour. I have never heard this in my life and so I felt you should know.

Usually BK is my favorite of all the chains out there but every time I go to this BK there seems to be an issue. Last time I went no orders were being taken from drive thru so you had to go inside to order.

After this issue I will never give this BK my business again.

Burger King the taco I understand it's a dollar but it was hard greasy and smushed did look good it was not good why have it when it looked bad

Taco was not good I know a dollar but don't promote something that your not getting you will loss business for the food on Hilton Head SC it was good but now I don't know what happened pulled pork was not good at all very disappointed I go there a lot now I'm changing my view on this place maybe it's the workers but I heard other places in NC are the same maybe is the quality of your food

Burger King customer service was horrible!!!

I was not even greated by the woman taking my order. She was so rude never have i ever dealt with this kind of service before in my life. She did not say one word to me the whole time taking my order! I myself work at dunkin donuts and know what customer service is all about! I am so disgusted with this experience! I also received my mozzarella sticks and they were probably made when the store opened for the day the cheese was orange on the inside! Something needs to be done with that store and definitely that employee! I will never return to this location again! She also never gave me my receipt probably so I would not complain. But it was around 5:45 pm Friday July 19th 2019

Burger King $1 tacos

I ordered 2 of these tacos and the filling was beans and lettuce only! Not as advertised! There was no meat and no cheese, no taco sauce. Unreal! False advertising! What more can I say! This was a totally wasted lunch trip! You should at least serve your food as it is advertised! It was like you put the taco shell in a form added the beans, deep fried it, put lettuce in it, shoved it in a bag and sold it to me! Totally unacceptable!

Burger King original chicken sandwich

On the 17th of July 2019, noon time during work hours I happened to go to this restaurant and had ordered the original chicken sandwich meal. After my second bite to the named sandwich, it appeared passed fried and hollowed somewhat spongiform and nothing like chicken. This by far has been the most disgusting and grossed out meal I've ever experienced! I will never eat at any Burger King nor recommend anyone that I know to go eat there! This has caused a mental and emotional disturbance every time i think of your chain. The filthiness and lack of service in this location sets the bar high to why I should stay away!
