I was in the Kearney, NE BWW this evening around 8:45. There was no one to greet us. Waited for a long while to get a table and there were only three other tables in the entire place. A guy finally came to seat us (party of 2). Didn’t say a word to us. For 12 more minutes, no one came to greet us or bring us water. No one was even on the floor. We have two tables by us had empty glasses and no food. They were upset. We walked out.
