On December 6, 2025 I placed an on line order for 20 wings at the Culpeper VA. location. It takes me a half hour to get to the restaurant. When I arrived to pick up my order, it took over 5 minutes for someone to greet me. There were employees walking by and nobody said anything. When someone finally did help me, my order was not ready. I waited in the restaurant for more than 20 more minutes for my order to come out. There were 2 other gentlemen there that said they were having the same problem. It took well over an hour to pick up my order. The restaurant was not busy. I don't eat at Buffalo Wild Wings very often due to this kind of experience.
