BudsGunShop.com review: Lost the gun

Buds said they shipped a long gun to my FFL. Never arrived. ATF states it must be reported within 48 hours of being informed of it being lost or stolen. Buds claims to have shipped it, was to arrive on 7-1-2026, it never did. They waited 6 days to file a complaint with UPS. Today, UPS told me tracking # was not valid anymore. I called Buds only to be met with rudeness, disrespect and an attitude of, we don't care. Then I was informed that since I did not buy the special shipping insurance, they would not even refund the full purchase price. Pretty much a scam, buy our insurance, if you don't, we'll loose your gun and not give you your money back. Filed a claim with my bank. Within minutes of filing claim, Buds requested a return to sender with UPS. And the guy I spoke with at Buds had the gall to tell me that they would now never do business with me. I hate to tell him, but why in the h3ll do you think I would do business with Buds again. I should've read the reviews first. Hope someone reads this.
