Arms Unlimited Inc. is the bomb! They got my order to me super quick and everything was in great shape. The prices are totally reasonable and the customer service is top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back for more gear in the future. Highly recommend!

I tried to order a Surefire X300. Got confirmation and charged twice on my credit card. Tried calling but no answer. Emailed them and they said they'd get back to me in 48 hours. It's been 5 days and still no response. Had to contact my credit card company to fix it. Don't order from this company, they're not good.

Arms Unlimited, just wanted to give you a shoutout for hooking me up with some sick rifles. I copped a few from you in June and July and I gotta say, I'm stoked with my purchases. Your prices are straight up unbeatable, no cap. I was hesitant at first since I never heard of y'all before and we're miles apart, but your email specials got me hooked. And let me tell you, the process was smooth as butter. No pain, all gain. I'll definitely be hitting up your site again in the future. I order 2 pistol mags and 3 rifle mags from Arms Unlimited Inc. Got an email saying the order was placed. 3 days later, got an email saying I was refunded for the rifle mags, but no explanation. I emailed customer service, no response. Emailed again, no response. Got the package today, but no tracking info or email. The pistol mags were loose in the envelope and not in the original packaging. Wish they were clearer and shipped in original packaging. Can't tell if they're new or used.

Mike the owner of Arms unlimited is a liar and a scam artist. They sent me a damaged/defective gun and told me they would help me replace the damaged parts and accept the FFL transfer. When I asked for some help they told me im on my own and if I return it then they will charge me a restocking fee (never mentioned on website), they knew once I accepted the transfer, there is nothing I can do. Mike was extremely rude, hung up on me, lied to me about helping out, arms unlimited is a scam site, they sell used guns as new. I was a repeat customer, but they do not care about that.

I bought a rifle for 1500 bucks from Arms Unlimited Inc. and the sight was busted when it arrived. I sent them four emails but they didn't get back to me. When I called them up, all I got was a recording telling me to email them again.

I bought 3 of them *** 60rd Drum mags from Arms Unlimited Inc. But all of them were messed up. I asked for a refund, but they told me to talk to the manufacturer. They didn't even give me my money back. I've been asking for a week now, but they haven't replied at all.

So, I had a real bad experience with Arms Unlimited Inc. Someone stole my debit card info and bought something from them. I emailed them on 4/29, but they haven't replied yet. I gave them the Reference and Authorization numbers for the transaction, but still no response. I just want my money back for this bogus purchase.

I bought something from Arms Unlimited Inc. and when it arrived at my ffl, the front sight was broken. I tried to contact them three times through email and a message on ***, but they didn't respond. It's really disappointing to see them treat customers like this, especially since this was my third purchase from them. I had to do a partial charge dispute because of this.

I got a product from Arms Unlimited Inc. but it had the wrong hardware and was useless. I tried to reach out to them through phone, email, and ***, but no luck. I ordered a ***. lever, but the screw doesn't work and doesn't fit the wrench they gave me. I've been trying to contact them, but no one has responded.

I'm having the same problem as others. My order (Order#: XXXXXX placed on 1/2) says it's shipped, but it's been stuck on "label has been created" for a while now. It's frustrating me a lot. I saw other reviews and I know what's going on. The tracking says "label created usps awaiting package," but why can't they get the package moving? It's not professional at all.

I bought something from Arms Unlimited on 8/26/22 with order #***, but I still haven't got it. I emailed and called them, but no one replied. Their website says my order is in process and paid for three weeks ago. If it's in stock, why is it taking so long? I ordered from them before and was satisfied, but now I'm reconsidering. If I don't hear back soon, I'll ask for a refund on my credit card. I'm not happy with the service and experience.

I ordered some stock from Arms Unlimited Inc. on July 4. It was supposed to have an adjustable check rest and cost $25.95. I got it on July 9, but there was a problem. The locking mechanism wouldn't fully retract, so the buffer tube couldn't go in. I tried to call, but they don't answer the phone. The recording said to email customer service and I would get a response in 24-48 hours. I did that, but it's been over 48 hours and I haven't heard anything. I even sent another email with more details, but still no response. The stock is totally useless and it seems like Arms Unlimited doesn't care. They should have given me a solution or a refund.

I just got some ambi selectors from Arms Unlimited that they said were "***", but they're not. They don't give the right info. I looked around and found the same part on another site for half the price and it's exactly the same as what Arms Unlimited said was "***". I put pics of the parts on two gun forums. Arms Unlimited is lying in their ads. I also compared the parts to what I already have, *** parts from ***. The pics below are what this messed up company sent me.

They charge a 15% restocking fee and make you pay for return shipping for their crappy products. I ordered a big armor thing and it was super bad quality and didn't fit right. I emailed their customer service and asked for a full refund. But they wanna charge me extra and I can't even leave a review on their site. I'll leave reviews on other places though, so people know how they do business.

I emailed them to ask about military discount, but they never replied (I'm a vet). I ordered a *** for my *** pistol (I think they have fake good reviews for it). When it came, it was bad quality and didn't fit right. I tried calling customer service, but they only do emails. They're making me pay a 15% restocking fee and return shipping for their mistake. They didn't even offer free shipping. Their customer service is terrible.

I bought a gun from Arms Unlimited and had it sent to my ffl. When I went to pick it up, I had a problem with my background check. I couldn't take it home, so it stayed with the ffl dealer and never left their hands. I emailed Arms Unlimited and they said they can't accept a return, and I can't get my $300+ back. After I emailed them my order number and the reason why my ffl needed to ship the purchase back, they stopped emailing me and won't answer my ffl dealer's phone calls. I want this fixed and I need my money back. My ffl is waiting to hear back to ship the firearm to them and issue me a full refund.

I bought 3 gun mags from Arms Unlimited on 12/03 for $43.80. They gave me a Customer ID # XXXXXX and an Order # XXXXXX. Got an email and text from my bank saying they took my money. Then they sent me another email with a USPS shipping label. Waited a few days, but my order hasn't shipped yet according to the *** tracking number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I sent them emails, but they haven't replied. Their phone number is just a recording with no customer support. I found lots of complaints about them on review sites. I think they're scamming people and need to be checked out. Thanks.

I orderd 2 parts with diffrent order numbers, XXXXXX and XXXXXX. Both orders were supposidly shipped on [protected] according to an email from armsunlimited.com. As of today, [protected] @ 1757, the tracking numbers both indicate that the USPS is awaiting item from the shipper. I have emailed the sales department and received a reply that the post office is slow to update there tracking system and to give it 2-3 days from the shipping date. Again the shipping date was [protected]. I called the contact number on the website and a recording says that the number is not in service. The secondary number listed on ComplaintsBoard.com's website under the company info is a bogus number for some sort of promotional offer. Not arm's unlimited. I wrote a second email stating that I was going to file a dispute with my CC company and let them deal with getting my money refunded. As I am writing writing this complaint, I received a phone call from the number that is "not in service" and spoke with a CS representative again stating that the item is not in the warehouse and has shipped. She again blamed the USPS for delay and tracking issues. I was informed that all I could do was wait to see if it shows up. I was not given any type of timetable as to when a refund would be issued if the orders are lost. She also said that the USPS would inform them if it was lost. How would the USPS know it's lost if they never received the packages in the first place? That is a total disregard for customer service. I want my money back or ship the items again and if the first orders show up, I'll simply refuse delivery and it will be sent back. It's not complicated. I have done business with this company just before Christmas of 2021 and there were no issues with shipping so you can't blame covid for this issue. FIX THE PROBLEM!
