Budget Rent A Car / lack of vehicles, too many issues to name

I have rented from this location (WB2) many times, for some reason. I guess I like the abuse. Typically, they do NOT have a vehicle to rent. This is after I pre-pay in advance. They state, "the airport (another Budget location) did not send us any cars." Of course, I could travel another 20 min. to the airport (AVP) and pay a higher fee with taxes however, that is not as convenient for me at times. Do not even attempt to call the local Budget, NO ONE ever answers the phone. I rented from this location two times this year, same issue. I am writing this to warn anyone so they do not get stuck. And guess what, I am attempting another rental in two days there. I do have a back-up plan this time. I just would like for them to get their act together, get some training, get professional. Get Some CARS!
