Hi. Last August 19, i made a cash advance in the amount of P10, 000 pesos thru an ATM machine in Greenhills. I checked my BPI mobile app and i found out i was debited twice. I immediately reported the incident to 89100. I gave all details. It took two weeks or so for them to confirm that my complaint was valid and that the ten thousand pesos will be credited back. But it has been more than a month and two billings already, but no credits has been made. As a result i incurred interest. I have made a follow up call many times and all i get was a lame answer that it's being processed. How long should i wait? Should i report this to the Central Bank? I'm losing my patience
