Boston Market review: Saugus MA Location

A little over a week ago they were taking online orders only. The website gave me problems so we left after sitting in the parking lot trying go place out order. So a week later, this past Saturday. I placed an online order. Website said the hours and when they were closed (prior to the posted opening time) it said online ordering or pickup was not available. So when they opened placed the order for $41.22 online and paid. Got the text my order was good headed there. The Saugus, MA location where the website was not updated clearly was gone, out of business! But they charged my card.

Desired outcome: I want my refund and update their webpage to show that location is not there. Stop ripping people off, has to be illegal.

Don’t order online unless you are in the parking lot. Saugus MA shut down, we didn’t know wasn’t posted anywhere except on their window when you went to pick up your online order.
