Booking Reference 1451Q7
Dear All,
It has now been two months since we first contacted you regarding our refund for booking reference 1451Q7 (Mauritius to Abu Dhabi), following the airline's cancellation of the flight. The airline provided you with the waiver code required to process our refund over two months ago, yet we have still not received any payment.
In addition, your customer service has been extremely disappointing. We have contacted you via your chat service on three separate occasions and have also called your support team. Each time, we were assured that the matter was being escalated; however, it is clear that no meaningful action has been taken.
We have received no updates, no communication regarding the status of our refund, and certainly no refund itself. We have now reached the end of our patience. At the very least, we expect regular communication regarding the progress of this matter. Unfortunately, it appears that our concerns are not being treated with the seriousness they deserve.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service we have received and request that this matter be genuinely escalated and resolved without any further delay. Please provide an immediate update on the status of our refund and a clear timeframe for when payment will be processed.
